Starting May 26 Group (MJ)

My first jabs arrived today. Thinking of starting Wednesday which is technically end of April but wanted to start a new group for anyone starting soon!

Nervous but kind of excited for good results. Watched a YouTube video instruction for the pen before, I might get my husband to do it for me!!

Anyone want to join me and share / support each other??

Weighed in today. 5th jab today. Down 4 kg. Its so hot im not eating anyway so not sure whether to delay my jab a day or two. Ive had headaches with the heat and don't want to make them worse.

Week 6, will have my 7ths jab tonight.

I have lost 10lb, I think that's 4.5kg?

Slow but steady. On 5mg, still feeling hungry, no bloating or other issues.

How is everyone finding the side effects on the larger dose. I’m feeling ill again today (jab on a Tuesday night, feel ill on a Wednesday and Thursday) and it is the same every week even though I’m still taking 2.5 and it was my 8th jab

Oh no, sorry you are feeling that! I wimped out last week but took my 2.5 two days early (so moved jab day from Sunday to Friday). I'm going to start the 5 mg tomorrow so I will let you know!

I did 4x 2.5mg then 3.8mg which was to use the golden dose. I posted about it up thread but felt SO sick with D&V. I actually thought I had food poisoning or noro virus. Next day I was ok.

I've bought a 5mg pen, but last week, only clicked up to 3mg. No symptoms on the day and felt fine. Strangely, did feel a little nauseous today, but it might be the heat. I'm due my 7th dose tomorrow and think I'll stick to 3mg.

Some updates from me:

Weigh & Measure
3lbs off this week.
Measurements since two weeks ago: half an inch gone from my waist. Two inches gone from lower stomach. 1.5 inch gone from upper arm. Half an inch gone from upper thigh.

Golden dose
My first ever golden dose came out at 3.1mg. Taken yesterday at noon. No side effects so far. Fairly good suppression. Will move to 3.5 with next dose.

Yeah mine seems to be the 2 days after I jab, by the third it is usually subsiding.

I had planned on moving up originally, but now I’ve decided to stay on 2.5 for the foreseeable

Ruddy scales have been bouncing around again this week - up and down in the same 0.5kg range. Jab 7 done today so back to my normal day.

Forgot to weigh this morning and can't be bothered to do it now, I've already drunk over 2 litres of water today and can't imagine that's going to show a downward move, so will do it tomorrow, but I don't have high hopes for this week. I'll blame the heat and carry on.
