Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

Lilly is issuing a public warning about potential safety risks associated with compounded tirzepatide mixed with vitamin B12. As part of our commitment to patient safety, Lilly tested compounded products being marketed to Americans that contain tirzepatide combined with B12 (sometimes referred to as methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, or cyanocobalamin). Our testing has uncovered significant levels of an impurity that results from a chemical reaction between tirzepatide and B12.
The impurity caused by the interaction between B12 and compounded tirzepatide is concerning because nothing is known about its short- or long-term effects in humans, the potential impact on the drug’s interaction with the GLP-1 and GIP receptors, toxicity, immune reactions, or how it is absorbed, distributed, metabolized and eliminated. The risks to patients are unknown because tirzepatide has never been studied in combination with B12 and the compounders making these combination drugs are not required to monitor or report adverse events. People receiving tirzepatide-B12 products from compounders, telehealth companies, medspas, or anyone else should be aware that they may be using a potentially dangerous product with unknown risks.

I came on here to mention this too. I was worried about missing out on the golden dose, so ordered two 5mg pens from Oushk. They arrived with 12/2026 expiry dates, which is sooner than pens I already had. I’m only taking 2.5mg weekly ish, so now find myself with quite the stockpile and will be racing to finish a pen before it expires… just mentioning this so you don’t make same mistake as me!

Flipping ‘eck, I’d never even heard of this. A quick dig indicates it looks like companies are doing this to escape penalities from copying drugs before they come out of patent by making a “new” formulation with the B12? Pretty dodgy!

Sorry to hear you’ve been having a crappy time, Lindt. As others have said, I suspect you’re not alone in finding MJ has been lending some MH benefits alongside everything else. Hope you’re feeling peppier soon.

Oh I’m so sorry, it sounds like a horrible time for you.

Is it worth looking at protein shakes / meal replacement type options to swig from time to time to help keep your energy levels up? Might help with the muscle too if you do decide to try some strength training / weights / resistance (may be a temporary distraction from the day to day).

Off on hols tomorrow, 75.85kg on the scales this morning. Much celebrating at seeing the 75, 10kg to go. Would like to be at least half way there by July when I have a wedding to go to.

Me plus my two suitcases weigh less than just me 3 years ago. It’s crazy how I was carting about what I can’t comfortably lift now.

I read this earlier… after being rejected by Oushk earlier for a 5mg pen (they’ll only let me have a 2.5mg pen as there has been too long a gap since my last 5mg pen from them) I might book a flight to India and stock up 😂

That's annoying of Oushk!! They will probably do the same to me if I try to order from them now as I've been tarting around with whoever currently offers the lowest price!

Finally got my bum in gear with Vinted again. Uploaded 6 items last night and 3 have sold already! Hurrah! Wardrobe already looks better for it - theres actually breathing space between my clothes now.

I had two 15mg from Oushk last week. They were Jan 2027. Could be dependent on dose though?

Absolutely @BobberleeBeaner I think they are probably getting their stock management under control. I am expecting an order from them today for a 7.5mg pen so I will see what happens with it. There was a comment on their Circle app from someone else about being knocked back to 2.5mg so they are tightening up on gaps between orders.

Hi everyone - been a while since I posted, but I have been following all the news....

Have been maintaining on 7.5mg for months and months now and generally OK, although I know my old habits are lurking and snaccidents are more frequent. Not too worried about being 2-3lbs over target as have been doing a lot at the gym on growing muscle and it shows, so there must be a bit of extra from that. Nevertheless, will try and re-focus food discipline and will be back to running again soon (don't run in the cold and dark), so that will help.

Interesting reading all the Oushk saga inputs. I have been lucky with them I guess as no issues with orders and timely cold deliveries. Had been buying 10mg pens and short clicking to make it last 6-7 weeks with the bonus dose but read about the 6wk limit here and got an order in last weekend at 5 wks and 6 days. When doing so, was minded to order two pens to try and delay the impact of the new, no bonus dose, ones coming out and noticed that 12.5mg is only £11 more than a 10mg. That's 25% more MJ for 4% more £££s! Ordered 2x12.5mg pens, had an email back approving dose increase within a day and they arrived this morning. It's been ages since the last photo or weight verification call. As I say, just lucky I guess. I do have Hira's co-founder Bilal's number from being added to the Oushk men's support group on WhatsApp (which is rubbish) so ping him directly if there's any issues....

Will be interesting to see what they do when I next order in about 15-16 weeks...

DW still doing amazing, although definitely don't want to see here lose any more. She's down from 12-14 to now 6-8. We're off skiing next weekend and, having invested in fancy new HH gear for her new slim self last year, it's now too big and having to go again 😭
