Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

We recommend the Shotsy app to monitor the amount of MJ in the system and pleasing graphs to look at…plus the MeThreeSixty body scan app to monitor inch loss for the weeks where weight loss is slow but you might have lost body fat etc. Both are free.

No official change this week but I very briefly got into the 12s mid week. I'm going up to 6.25 from tonight's jab as I'm definitely eating more sugary stuff than I have been and need a little bit more support on that front.

I did however fit some jeans I've had since uni this week. Not comfortably, not if I need to breathe and they don't look amazing around my tummy but those fuckers zipped up!

Breathing and comfort are overrated! Bravo @pinkart!

not really sure how much additional benefit there is beyond making me relax for half an hour on a lovely warm mat! X

5 stone gone. I need to lose the last half stone but Im really struggling. Im going up to 10mgs in a last ditch effort to get the weight off.

I know the feeling about weight loss slowing to a snails pace after 5 stone but it does continue to come off eventually

my holiday is great so far, but I left my pens in the fridge at home (also didn’t pack the bras I’d washed or the water bottle) comes from working til gone 7 and having to leave at 5am.
Im having a tasting menu tonight and only managing a bite or two per course, it’s crazy!! Though I do have the wine pairing and am filling up on that, oops.

I went through my entire wardrobe today and tried everything on. I had to get rid of a good half of it...busy putting it on vinted. Even the smaller clothes were too big.
I havent been a size 10 since my 20s and Im 64 now. It feels really weird.

It’s been ages since I had a chance to check in properly, I’ve been in the middle of rural MidlandShire with no shop, no pub and no phone signal clearing out DH’s late parents house..I’m definitely going to adopt Swedish death Cleaning from now on in, because sometimes you forget what you’ve left in a drawer and you really don’t want for someone else to find it 🙈 I guess it was better me than one of the kids.

So Oushk is firmly off my Christmas card list from here on in refusing to supply a 5 mg pen because of the length of time that had elapsed since my last order with them… So after a frustrating exchange of messages with one of the Pharmulous team, I finally managed to be in touch with someone who was half sensible and actually prescribed me a new 5 mg pen. Anyway, it’s very clear that the pharmacies are grouping together to clamp down on people micro dosing from high dose pens under the guise of ‘ prescription regulations’ so if anyone is micro dosing, make sure you don’t have too long a gap inbetween your orders because everyone is very keen to start you back onto 2.5 mg again… roll on the tablets I say!

I feel so much better in myself and much calmer on 5mg. Back down to 135lbs after a long slog, I really need to get to 130lbs I think to get into the Roksanda Dress for April 18th for the wedding which is looking a bit unlikely at this point, but I’ll give it a go!

Going to catch up with everyone’s news now before heading off to Tennis in the Sunshine followed by a nice Salmon lunch. Sometimes life is good 😊

It does feel weird doesn’t it? But embrace it all. Just remember to try and sell seasonally appropriate stuff. It’s pay day weekend this weekend so people will be looking for spring wear, summer bits, wedding guest attire etc so now is the time to dig that stuff out.

3lbs on rapidly will come off just as quickly. You know the drill, move more, plenty of water and prioritise protein intake. You’ve got this 💪

I am becoming increasingly of the mind that this is going to be a medication I’ll have to be on for life. I’ve not actually tried coming off it so I may be wrong here but I definitely think it does something magical (for want of a proper medical term) in the background. I’ve been here before eating the same amount (or even less) and I’ve been unable to break under the 12.5 stone barrier.

I've got a bit of a post mortem 'clear the sex toys before a family member reaches that drawer' pact with a single friend! Inspired by Queer As Folk.
We found naked photoshoot negatives of my mum, which wasn't totally surprising as my parents have had an interesting life but far more surprisingly also found a nude of her mum. I can't begin to say how unlikely this was. Like finding Hyacinth Bucket's nudes!

@Mounjaropen oushk have definitely got me into a rage and I will not be ordering from them any more and I will not be paying for any of their maintenance scams given there is better value to be had elsewhere.

I love a bit of Swedish death cleansing myself and regularly have a clear out of kitchen cupboards etc. My kids don’t want my tat once I shuffle off. I have been operating a one in two out type policy for the past year and recently took a load of jigsaw puzzles to a local nice charity shop as they take up too much room in a cupboard. I did think about Vinted but given the size of jigsaw boxes and the fact that you would only get a couple of quid if lucky it was more hassle than it was worth.

I still haven’t achieved breaking 9 stone 8 barrier but plodding on. It’s strange I sometimes feel heavy now but didn’t feel it when I was almost 16 stone 🙄

Got a Pilates session coming up and one of the ladies last week made a comment about how it can be difficult for larger ladies to do and how they must struggle - obviously she didn’t know me when I was 6 stone heavier 😁 and I didn’t do Pilates or anything much then.

Checking in to read all the updates. Similar situation with Oushk. Haven’t ordered since December because I’m out of the country. Have a verification call and an order placed for after the call but Qatar have yet again cancelled our flight home. Trying to reschedule both now for the end of April. Not sure exactly what I’m paying them £15 a month for.

The pen I ordered yesterday from oushk was over £270, with the discount. Think I need to look at a different supplier. I've just hit the magic BMI 25... What other suppliers are recommended?

Definitely recommend Pharmulous. Sorted my issue over a 5mg pen with them Tuesday afternoon, pen arrived yesterday- well packaged with Royal Mail special delivery. I’ll be staying with them from now on in.

This is dreadful service. And they’ll most likely send you back to 2.5mg…!
