Feel free to lurk or post, absolutely no judgement here, just support and encouragement as we spring into spring not obsessing over Easter Eggs for the second year 🥰

Join us here to celebrate NSV’s, weight loss milestones, maintenance and new stone brackets!
I’m on W68 D6 and on w12 of 2.5mg maintenance dose.

F in my early 50’s
H 5’ 5.5”
SW 13st 11lb
CW 9st 10lbs
GW 9st 0lb
Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

We recommend the Shotsy app to monitor the amount of MJ in the system and pleasing graphs to look at…plus the MeThreeSixty body scan app to monitor inch loss for the weeks where weight loss is slow but you might have lost body fat etc. Both are free.
Feel free to swap recipes that might inspire anyone in a food rut, tips for managing side effects, exercise tips, tips for maintenance, titrating up or down and we love a wellness/supplements/beauty/ style/vinted chat too 🤗

I know the feeling (not the period but, that shop is shut 😂) ! How are you getting on this week?

I’ve made a couple of recipes from em the nutritionist on instagram this week which have given me ideas for increasing protein and fibre. Very tasty. Edamame hummus is a revelation!

Thanks, @Mounjaropen for the words of wisdom! I’ve dropped down to 9 st 8 this morning so I think at least part of it was period bloating. I follow Em the nutritionist too and her food always looks amazing! Will have to look up edamame hummus, sounds lush.

LindtCurves · 13/03/2026 21:27

Oh my god, I have gained 11 pounds over the winter!

I haven't been eating lots in terms of calories, but certainly more things like bread and dessert, the odd meal out. Also not much exercise to be honest.

I guess I can see how my weight would have crept up in the past. My clothes don't feel tighter, and my calorie count is certainly under 2,000. It certainly isn't calories in, calories out 😂

SerenePeer · 13/03/2026 21:44

@goldleafcat fingers and toes all crossed for you. I'm 3 months out the other side of that process and it still stings.

Well, turns out I'm not quite a size 10 in jeans yet after all 🙄 Quite annoying - this is the first time in about a year that I've tried on a smaller size without success! Maybe this will inspire me to tighten up my nutrition again.

Yay for loving your legs! Get ‘em out I say, it’s (almost) Spring out there!

All this talk of the Oushk call has been interesting. Wonder if they’re trying to flush out the people making pens last by taking smaller doses from higher levels?

I agree with your Oushk thought. Hira came across as not approving of any off-label use during her latest live. I think it’s also a way of forcing more people onto their ‘pay £15 a month to stay on our books’ maintenance but if you don’t order we will only give you 2.5mg when the time comes.

Oushk might not be getting as many new customers as they used to compared to the Wild West start of 2 years ago so they need to keep the maintenance customers. By saying order every 6 weeks or else they keep the revenue stream coming in.

I wander how many people can drop back to 2.5mg in maintenance.

It will not take you long to lose it. The days are getting longer so there will be opportunities hoping to up your step count or whatever.

I’ve been off MJ and on the biscuits.

It’s time for 4 weeks back on MJ and off the biscuits!

Thanks for the encouragement!

Thanks for sharing. Not sure I understand the ordering every six weeks tho - thought the point of the flexi plan was that you didn’t need to order frequently? Or am I missing something?

Is that the £15 a month? It's fine to order when you want on that (I'm not sure if there's a time limit) but unless you can cover the period with evidence you've regularly used mj then I assume they'd restart you at 2.5.
I'm using 5 every 10 days and they were fine with me reducing from 7.5 on the conti plan but not tried any other plans. I'm trying to work out where I can stabilise as I've lost a 7lb in maintenance and really need to stop going down now. I'm finding it hard to move into being ok with putting on a bit and overcompensating if I put a lb on in a week. I'm too used to it leading to a spiral and am learning to be more forgiving slowly

I did go down to 2.5 but have gone back up to 5. I’m absolutely not ready to put weight on and definitely struggle with gains.

I tried for weeks at 2.5, but even after the same amount of exercise, I put 5lbs back on which are not shifting…now back up at 5.

I think it wholly depends on the brand. Good American have a pair that fits you across 4 sizes… I’ve not tried them but sounds like a cheaper alternative to buying 4 pairs.

Sending support to you all who are or have been through the redundancy process. It’s unnecessarily stressful IMO.💐

You’ll get that off. Unfortunately I’ve put on 5lbs that will not bugger off regardless of how much exercise I do even after eating carefully. It’s been back up to 5 for me!

Absolutely fair decision. Assuming you're consistent in ordering every 6 weeks you'll be fine but if you decide to stop and not commit to the £15 a month or regularly order they may not accept you if you want to return. On the plus side they're very flexible on doses/switching and once micro-dosing is approved seem keen to embrace it (Hira think the new pills will be good for this as less storage issues) but the downside is that they want regular orders or payments. They've taken a lot of criticism so I can understand why they're cautious but then the £15 a month is the bit that grates. It's either ok to take a break and return on 2.5 or not, but as a long term user it doesn't impact me as long as their product price is reasonable.
The £5 maintenance package now includes discounts on 6 pens if you're on it. It used to be 3.

I've avoided Ouschk after some shody customer service last time I ordered - was meant to be on their maintenance plan but there was no record of this and had to jump through all the hoops again - ended up having 3 video consultations with them! Might revisit them though as I'm not convinced by my latest experience with HeySlim either!

I did see an article about Vitality partnering with a pharmacy to offer lower prices to people who run or exercise regularly with the jabs, so that's worth looking into too.

You are right, it’s Boots Vitality are pairing with.but I think when I read about it you need to have their life insurance product to qualify which would negate any savings.

I also had a similar debacle with Oushk about their ability to retain your information effectively. Absolute shite in terms of CS.

I am currently battling Oushk CS about their ability to store data but also to read their data correctly.

Think my move to Pharmulous maybe a permanent one this time.

DarkForces · 14/03/2026 13:39

Is there a reason you're thinking of switching rather than sticking with pharmulous? @TheSlimmingPumpkin . I'm with oushk and they've been fine but if there's a better (cheaper) option I'd switch

TheSlimmingPumpkin · 14/03/2026 13:52

@DarkForces I think Pharmulous are slightly cheaper even with the Oushk discount which is why I will now stick with them. Just need to sort out another issue I have with Oushk at the moment.

Also last summer I had a couple of pens delivered by Oushk where the ice pack was totally melted so the pens were basically not cool at all. I got absolutely nowhere with the Oushk CS then, I felt they didn’t believe me. The pens from Pharmulous have always been chilled as they do next day delivery. So I am not inclined to use Oushk when the temperature starts to rise.

DarkForces · 14/03/2026 13:55

@TheSlimmingPumpkin - thanks. I'll take a look and see if I can get accepted for maintenance. They sound great!

Dreamqueen · 15/03/2026 04:32

I’m also on the £15 a month maintenance payment. I emailed them saying I’ve been away since new year and wanted to use the latest discount deal. They want me to redo for the umpteenth time all the information and test another video call before I can reorder.
in other news I’ve bought a pen from the pharmacy here. 15mg for £200. I’ll dose 7.5 from it. We’ve got a booking to come home on 1 April. There’s flights we could take now flying through Delhi and Zurich for mega prices but DH says we’ve no need to rush home so we’re staying put. I’m happy to do that now I’ve got a new one.

Happy Mother's Day to those of us celebrating either ourselves or the special women in their life 🥰 Big hugs to those who are remembering someone they’ve lost today 💐

As I think I predicted upthread Oushk have indeed released a Mother’s Day discount code this morning (MUM20) - I think we’ll all agree there’s no better way to say ‘I love you Mum’ than £20 off a £100 spend on fat jabs 😂😂😂😂

Have a wonderful day whatever you’re all doing 😘

Thanks for the support @SerenePeer @RayonSunrise @TheSlimmingPumpkin @Mounjaropen @jay55

Hopefully I’ll come out of it making the right decision. Sorry to hear that about the teaching @TheSlimmingPumpkin . I use food as a comfort so understand that completely! I’ve managed not to fall totally off the wagon this week but have had more treats and wine. Thankfully MJ has stopped me from becoming a total Cookie Monster. I’ve also learned other ways to treat myself, which although can be expensive (looking at you clothes shopping and Pilates!) is still much healthier for me overall. Back to less wine and naughty bits next week!

I saw that email from Oushk @Mounjaropen and thought exactly the same 😂

Happy Mother’s Day to those who celebrate and also mindful of the mum’s we’ve lost. 🌷

Just wanted to say thanks again to this lovely group of people. Always supportive, helpful and friendly. I’ve had mixed reactions to my news this week, most people are like ‘oh that’s shit’ ‘ sorry that’s happening’ etc but one friend in particular was almost combative and totally minimising it. It’s left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. As an example of how she copes with things, this is the friend who also sent me a voice note raging about how it was suggested she come into the office on her not normal office day (wfh) as a one off in order to help settle in a new starter (who would report to her). She was incandescent with rage at the inconvenience. She has form for main character syndrome so I don’t know why I’m particularly irked this time, but this may be one of the final straws on this particular camel’s back!
