Feel free to lurk or post, absolutely no judgement here, just support and encouragement as we spring into spring not obsessing over Easter Eggs for the second year 🥰

Join us here to celebrate NSV’s, weight loss milestones, maintenance and new stone brackets!
I’m on W68 D6 and on w12 of 2.5mg maintenance dose.

F in my early 50’s
H 5’ 5.5”
SW 13st 11lb
CW 9st 10lbs
GW 9st 0lb
Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

We recommend the Shotsy app to monitor the amount of MJ in the system and pleasing graphs to look at…plus the MeThreeSixty body scan app to monitor inch loss for the weeks where weight loss is slow but you might have lost body fat etc. Both are free.
Feel free to swap recipes that might inspire anyone in a food rut, tips for managing side effects, exercise tips, tips for maintenance, titrating up or down and we love a wellness/supplements/beauty/ style/vinted chat too 🤗

👋 hope you’re on the mend now? I only read an article last week in The Times about the lettuce thing. Apparently spinach is even worse and the writer (a biologist I think) said you couldn’t pay her to eat either bagged salad or spinach and that it’s usually the side salad not the chicken/fish/pork that is the item on holiday most likely to make you ill. Who knew? 🤯

Yikes! Ds1 and I are still a little bit iffy 6 weeks later. Nothing major but the slightest thing seems to upset our tummies. Of course my sense of smell is ridiculous just now thanks to perimenopause so that doesnt help!

I’ve had my first delivery issue with pharmulous. Royal Mail attempted to deliver when I was out on Weds, pushed a card thru to say they would deliver Thursday. Came and went with no delivery. Late in the evening I went on the app and requested a Friday delivery and nothing has arrived. No update on Royal Mail tracking. I’m not around tomorrow. No idea what to do :(. I can’t afford to waste £170 😢

Oh no! That's such a nightmare 😢 Did it eventually turn up?

Happy bank holiday you skinny lot!

Hope you've all had a lovely long weekend?

I was beginning to feel like I was piling on the weight again. Felt massive and like my belly was huge. Stepped on the scales and I'd lost a lb 🙈 What's that about?! Losing weight is weird!

I'd order a new leather pencil skirt from TK Maxx and collected it this morning. Unwrapped up and it looked absolutely tiny, so i was dreading trying it on. Well gentle reader, it zipped up effortlessly! My brain is still not used to me being a size 10/12 obviously.

I'm getting quite excited for autumn now. I love September - love the back to school vibe! It also means it's 6 weeks until my 50th birthday! Never imagined I'd feel this happy with my body at 50, so I think it's time to celebrate with a fancy personal styling session at one of the big London stores. Anyone done one? Any recommendations?

What's everyone buying for their autumn wardrobes? Any exciting purchases planned?

In other news, anyone any experience with Bolt? Fed up with Ouschk prices and Bolt are coming in cheaper so I've placed an order. Not been approved yet though.

@SerenePeer no attempt from RM to redeliver and with it being a BH no response from pharmulous. I’m hoping they will resend as clearly my original pen
wont be fit for use now.

Sounds similar to my Oushk issue. They did agree to send a new pen eventually.

Skirt sounds lovely. It's weird how we still perceive what our body shape and size feels like compared to the actual size we are.
I've been using Bolt since last year. So far they've been good. Last month they gave me the option to order 2 pens together which i did. My next order is due to be placed mid september but they give you a 2 week lee way to defer the order if needed. Weight checks and ordering fromthem has been easy.
I'm still paying the 315 a month to Oushk as a back up. I need to cancel that now that I'm getting on ok with Bolt. weight has stabilised at 49Kg (I'm very short) Lots of wobbly loose skin, if i was younger (66) I'd consider skin removal. I had a tummy tuck and lip 15 years ago and my middle area actually looks ok. My thighs are my worst area ..
