Feel free to lurk or post, absolutely no judgement here, just support and encouragement as we spring into spring not obsessing over Easter Eggs for the second year 🥰

Join us here to celebrate NSV’s, weight loss milestones, maintenance and new stone brackets!
I’m on W68 D6 and on w12 of 2.5mg maintenance dose.

F in my early 50’s

Total loss so far at lowest weight was 61.0 lbs (at 9st 6.0) maintenance has seen 4 of those pounds go back on.

We recommend the Shotsy app to monitor the amount of MJ in the system and pleasing graphs to look at…plus the MeThreeSixty body scan app to monitor inch loss for the weeks where weight loss is slow but you might have lost body fat etc. Both are free.
Feel free to swap recipes that might inspire anyone in a food rut, tips for managing side effects, exercise tips, tips for maintenance, titrating up or down and we love a wellness/supplements/beauty/ style/vinted chat too 🤗

I bought a shorts and waistcoat type top coord for my holiday and didn’t end up braving wearing it.

i did wear a patterned linen set, trousers and cami and felt kind of fabulous and wished I’d had a big sun hat with me to complete the look.

Not sure I’d wear either in the UK even on the hottest of days.

Hope you at least have fun trying options

Ha @SerenePeer, I’ve also an uncanny ability to love the most expensive products and can unerringly pick them out of a line up. Have you ever seen the Eliza Instagram account that compares designer and inexpensive versions of outfits? I can ALWAYS pick the designer version out. It’s a gift/curse. 😂

Good luck with your flat, @jay55! Will cross my fingers for you.

It’s lovely to read more goals being achieved, too. ❤️

Oh yes. Can guarantee in every situation, I will always without fail, fall in love with the most expensive option 😂 @RayonSunrise

On a totally different note: can we talk co-ords for a minute? I love the idea, and kind of fancy finding a set but inevitably end up leaning more towards actual trouser suits. Most of the non-suit ones I’ve seen so far have either been a bit too boxy on the top half, or - like the one I saw styled the other day - look suspiciously like pajamas. I know the pajama-as-coord thing has been around for a while, but I am clearly getting old as I’m just not sure I can quite carry it off!

I've bought this set for my holiday - was very prepared for it to look like pyjamas but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and I tried it on! Yassiglia Women's 2 Pieces Outfit... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0D4TSC118?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I've also ordered linen shorts and a matching linen shirt from Asos - again could be risking PJ territory but it does look cute with a bikini top on the website. Will report back when it arrives!

Patterned co-ords are firmly on my great on other people, would absolutely make me look like a 90s sofa list!

You might have been a sofa once, but you’re much more deck chair sized now.

A combined effort this week. Big thanks to the lurgy that made me lose my appetite and yesterday's Massive Poo™️.
I'm a tiny 1% off having an 'acceptable' body fat percentage as my scales so kindly describe it. And a slightly less tiny but also not huge 1 stone off being a healthy BMI. My goal weight is at the higher and of the BMI healthy range as I don't think much lower is realistic or would work well with my body shape. Once I got hips overnight I was squarely in the middle of the normal range and as boobs followed it's was always at the higher end!
Thank you all for being such a great group. At times it been frustrating feeling like I'm trailing behind, as I had more to lose, but it's motivating to see how maintenance is going as you're all getting there.

Well done keep going! It’s a slog even after you get to goal weight tbh 😭😭

Hope your lurgy has gone… Loving the trademark on massive poo 😂

Checking in after my big fat Greek holiday…

weight : 137lbs - not surprising I did an enormous amount of wine on holiday, ate 3 meals a day which I don’t normally do plus there was a huge selection of cake at breakfast 😂

Exercise: not as much cardio this week, but I have completed my 5X Pvolve alongside my extreme laundry/ironing since yesterday…

Fashion: I’m off to Harry Styles tomorrow with DD so this week has been mainly looking at outfits to wear tomorrow… I have three different pairs of gold cowboy boots arriving later… Plus a hello cream cowboy hat. Unfortunately despite ASOS suggesting that they did next day Delivery the cream mini dress I’ve ordered won't arrive until tomorrow so that’s a bit disappointing.

Food: I’m going to re-create a really delicious salad. I ate at a vineyard which involves marinating very fine sliced courgette which has been deseeded in lemon juice accompanied by lemon infused olive oil, finally sliced flat white peach, herbs, and pistachio. They did also add mulberries so I’m going to check my mulberry tree later to see if I have any which are ripe to add to the salad.

I hope everyone has something lovely planned for the weekend? We have the posh seats for Harry Styles (which I won in a competition)so at least I’ll be able to get to Loo without too much stress and get another glass of pink wine 😂

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I’ve stayed the same. Annoyed and full of wind, have picked up a new food intolerance I’m certain, just need to work out what it is.

In good news, I’m buying a flat, mortgage offer received, all going swimmingly. Can’t wait to live in a place where I’ve never been fat. Might even buy a mirror.

Congratulations on the flat! Sounds fabulous and you’ll have such a great time decorating it! Buy all the mirrors!

Re, the food intolerance, are you keeping a food diary?

Well done! @BananaChickenWings & @Gettingbysomehow! Fabulous news!

Hope you're still enjoying your big fat greek holiday @Mounjaropen - I'm finding the same with my body shape and think I must have dropped more fat recently because my wedding rings and oura ring are now ridiculously loose all of a sudden.

How many bikinis is too many bikinis by the way lovely skinny bitches? I feel like I've gone bikini mad with my holiday prep. Also just spent a fortune on SPF - I hate running out when we're away. Being a very pale freckled type, I'm very loyal to the brands that I love which of course being me, are never the cheapest ones 🙄

DHN and Ihad four cases +2 carry ons… So I would say you could never have too many bikinis 😂

When it comes to SPF, unfortunately my skin only seems to tolerate the ones which are incredibly expensive 😩😩😩

I’m firmly in the ‘I can’t rock a co ord at all’ camp I’m afraid. Ditto those long flowing trousers… Don’t even get me started on the long flowing maxi skirts… Because I just look like the local Romanian big issue seller lady that stands outside my local Tesco…

That looks lovely! Where are you off to?

Off to Mexico with the family and a cheeky weekend in the Algarve with girlfriends, complicated by a 12 hour turnaround between the 2! Thankfully the girls trip is first and very easy to pack for but it means i have to pack for them both this weekend! Oh and the girls weekend is sandwiched between London office days, so I need office outfits x 2 and 3 days of sunshine outfits in 1 carry on. Will just pick up SPF in duty free for Portugal though so that's one thing off the list.

There is DEFINITELY a bosom angle on this co-ord thing, isn’t there? All the louche slouchy “this looks like pyjamas but isn’t” ones really need quite a “neat” figure - which doesn’t have to be super slim, just balanced.

I had quite the laugh today trying on some coords. Nothing really worked, as they were either too matronly or just a bit too “Hello Boys” for my general age and demeanour. Having a small band and big cup can be quite… interesting… at midlife!

You are doing absolutely amazingly. This slow weight loss may feel slightly frustrating, but it’s probably a good thing for your body that you’re going through these stages more slowly and (ultimately!) sustainably. Your body is getting time to get used to being smaller, and that’s no bad thing. ❤️

I describe 'neat' figures as having 'polite boobs'! Ones that don't shout about their own arrival into a space 😂

Oceangrey · 14/06/2026 23:58

I 100% have very impolite boobs.

Can recommend the salad I made today.
Tomatoes, nectarines, baby cucumber, burrata/mozzarella, black olives, nice olive oil and pomegranate dressing.

Kids (and us adults) could not stop eating it.
Did some croutons too.
The deluxe burrata from Lidl is really delicious.

RayonSunrise · 15/06/2026 08:40

Ha, delighted to see we are all not only skinny bitches, but we also tend to have gatecrashing boobs as well.

Soeaking of which - I tried this top on (not a coord!) and am sorely tempted, though it’s pricey for what it is. But it was refreshingly flattering and accommodates impolite boobs without actually serving them up:

(ETA: also, horizontal stripes! That wouldn’t have happened a couple of years ago.)
