I started 12 months ago and have lost exactly 7 stone.

I am a size 8 and started this journey a very unhappy size 18!

5 stone 5 lbs, in less than a year 16 to 6, marvellous stuff.

MrsMiagi · 28/01/2026 22:40

Exactly 80.1 pounds, . I hit my goal today. Just under a year on mj

Swalwey · 28/01/2026 22:40

8st8 (over 54kg), totally life changing

user593 · 28/01/2026 22:43

3st in just under 9.5 weeks. I still have a lot to go though.

SusanSometimes · 28/01/2026 22:43

I'm losing slowly, about a pound a week. It's fine, I don't mind. I'm three stone down in nine months so not as spectacular as some, but it's steady and I hope sustainable.

ShrankLastWinter · 28/01/2026 22:45

34kg. 30kg in the first 7 months, 4kg while reducing dose and settling into maintenance.

Slower is sometimes better like you say it might be more sustainable long term!

8 stone. I am now 10 and fit a size 10 and I am in maintenance.

Started march 2024. Hit goal around sept 2025.

Maintain between 10 and 10.5 stones.

6 stone. I’m now 8 stone 1 which is what I was in my early 30s. It took 16 years to put it on and 12 months to lose it.

Lost six gained one. But it’s levelled off and I’m happy with that. Went from size 18 to a very comfortable 12. Happy with that. Don’t mind fluctuating by a few pounds here and there.

purpleflowersfordays · 28/01/2026 22:55

25kg in a year. Still losing but more slowly now as I’ve dropped back down to 5mg.

Tbh I’d love to stay on it for maintenance if I can as it’s helped with an autoimmune condition I have. I used to take two different antibiotics daily and I haven’t needed to since starting MJ.

My consultant told me it’s been proven to help with my condition but the NHS won’t fund it for that. So unfortunately I need to keep paying privately, which is saving the NHS money as I’m not getting a shit tonne of medication for the cost of my monthly pre-paid prescription card.

Just a touch under 11 stone, over 18 months and still losing. About 10 or 11 pounds left to go to my original target weight.

Janie934 · 28/01/2026 23:24

10 stone 2 pounds down in approx 18 months.

Its genuinely changed my life!

JBJ · 28/01/2026 23:25

8st in 12 months, then I got pancreatitis and I’ve had to stop, 2st short of target 😩

TwoHoots74 · 28/01/2026 23:25

I lost 3 stone in 15 months and I’ve stalled. Had a few months off as the scales hadn’t moved for 5 months despite increasing the dosage. I’ve just restarted in 2.5 so hoping my body just needed a break. I still have about 2 stone to go

teaandtoastwouldbenice · 28/01/2026 23:26

2 stone slowly over about 5 months. I’ve not put a lot of effort in, I want to exercise more and eat more fruit and drink more water to help with serious constipation! Need to loose at least one more stone, two would be amazing.

Heartofglass12345 · 28/01/2026 23:29

I’m so jealous, I can’t afford it and need to lose a good 9/10 stone 🙁
well done to you all though you must feel like different people!
