I think the penny has dropped with Oushk finally about pricing. A lot of their customers switched to Wegovy and some have switched back to MoneyJ. I am still on 10mg but my next order from Oushk is for 7.5mg including a discount and penny postage. However I think I still need another 10mg pen which I may get from Pharmulous just so I stay in their books as well. I will then push the delivery date on Oushk back a bit.

I need to think about a next order… will be researching the various pharmacies later.

Still a 6 stone loss @PinkArt 💪🏻

I will weigh tomorrow so fingers crossed I will see that as well.

I ran 11km this morning whereas in Nov 24 I couldn’t run to the post box at the end of the road.

11k is amazing! In awe of this effort 🙌

Hmm, I'm up a pound this week, which is annoying, but I'm going to thank it for the lesson. I'm back in the office more after a long stint of not being and have probably had a few more little snacky bits than when I'm at home. So thank you pound for reminding me to keep an eye on that as the contract progresses!

I think you’re doing exactly the right thing. In ‘before times’ we’d not have worried about a pound, nowadays we’re eagle-eyed to make sure it isn’t a slippery slope. Amazing the difference isn’t it?

I’ve ordered some shorts, admittedly they are knee length Bermuda shorts but I’ve ordered them. Even ordered a co-ord set, I’m so down with the kids.
Month until my month long holiday. So excited.

What methods have people used for taking pens abroad? I’ll have a mini fridge for my cruise which is the bulk of the trip. I won’t for my first night in a hotel but can probably get ice for that night.

A Frio wallet is your friend. Get one off Amazon. It will keep pen cool for 24 hrs. It’s what lots of diabetics and WLI users have. Mine has been to India, Crete and Germany. Easy to use and costs about £20. Easy to take on plane in hand baggage and then you can use the mini fridge.

Interestingly it's the opposite for me. I would have worried before that it was all going to shit and what's the point and if I'm gaining anyway I might as well eat a pack of Jaffa Cakes or three. Now I think we'll that's just a rogue week and next week will be better. Trusting the process to keep working has been quite a novelty!

Oooh @Mounjaropen your life sounds so lovely and glam.

have a fabulous holiday @jay55. A month sounds awesome!

@TheSlimmingPumpkin well done on running 11k that’s amazing.

having had childrens birthdays and a spa break this month I’m hovering 1lb outside of the range I’ve given myself. So March will be trying to get back into the lower end of my range. I’ve also booked on a half marathon which I’m a bit of the fence about. I struggled my way through 9 miles yesterday. I can’t tell you all how grateful I was to stop. And I used bus paths on a sunny winter Sunday as an excuse to stop en route too!

Ordered, thank you.
I travel on a Friday (Miami, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, LA) and usually jab on a Monday. I’m thinking I’ll take a pen with three doses in, and spread them over the 4 weeks.

Sounds absolutely fabulous! Hope the disorder in Mexico calms down by the time you get there (or you’re stopping at a calmer region).

Not sure if anyone is having a clear out, but I've uploaded 15 items to Vinted this afternoon and have sold 3 within the hour. Mainly I've uploaded unwanted perfume/beauty bits from advent calendars etc. Seems like it might be a good week to sell with Payday at the end of the week...;-)

Ooh well done! My vinted pile is HUGE. I’m in the office tomorrow but will be listing Thursday and Friday. I’ve invested in more parcel bags and bubble wrap so I’m all set!

Braving my pink Boden trench I got in the sale today. It seems even brighter now I’m out of the house and on the train. I’m so out of my comfort zone I’m practically in the next universe 🤣

I think it’ll be just perfect for what looks like will be a wonderfully sunny day. I’ve got new peloton leggings and t shirts to wear for tennis today 🥰

in other news, two more fragrances sold on Vinted… 😉 I’ll be devoting the rest of today to uploading more stuff I think!

Boots have a 25% off premium skincare today if anyone needs a stock up.. I’m a sucker for the Elemis cleansing balm and had a couple of Armani bits that needed replacing. I’ve also got a GWP box too.

Ah thanks for the tip. I’ve splurged on some bits from Boots now too! Hadn’t realised they did Rituals now so I’ve got the Sakura body spray (love that) and some Clinique (lash power mascara and foundation). Have also qualified for a free beauty gift so will see what that is!

jay55 · 25/02/2026 12:11

A few weeks ago I sorted all my skincare, hair stuff etc into plastic tubs and am on a no spend for the foreseeable.

It is so sunny today, a spring miracle after the endless rain, perfect day for a pink coat, imagine it looks amazing.

Having a weird week, not gone up a dose but, stomach like a washing machine, can’t eat, was sick yesterday after trying. I don’t think I’m ill but it’s like the early weeks, very annoying. Making a baked potato for lunch in the hope of it soaking up the acid.

Oceangrey · 25/02/2026 12:19

It's a great day for lighter outfits, at last!

I've sold £355 worth of stuff across eBay and Vinted now. Amazing how it adds up. I don't list anything under about £10 but max has been £40. Nice seeing stuff go off to people who will hopefully enjoy it too.

Goldleafcat · 25/02/2026 16:43

Well it was lovely seeing my colleagues today and I had 4 people tell me how nice my coat was! So that made it worth the journey!

I had an email from vinted advising me I earned just over £1000 in 2025. Goes to show how much I had squirrelled away and owned but didn’t wear! And also what I have shrunk out of. And my ‘to sell’ pile is huge again. I’m hoping I can do the same again!

I’ve gone a bit mad on the spending front lately (excitement to fit into nice things) so it’s much needed. I’ve also squirrelled away lots of size 14 and 16 items in case I blob back up again… hopefully I don’t… will revisit that later in the year. I’m still on MJ and will be for a while so time will tell.

lovealongbath · 26/02/2026 03:37

M&S have some half price bras in their sale.
Panache, fantasy , Freya , random sizes but worth checking out.

Finally I am declaring a six stone loss. After what seems an eternity of bobbing around between 9 stone 13 and 10 stone 1 I seemed to have spent a week at 9 stone 12 / 62.5kg.

so klaxon for me 🔔📣🔔📣🔔📣🔔📣🔔📣

4lbs to go to reach a BMI of 25.

Fantastic news @TheSlimmingPumpkin! 🎉🎉🎉

I’ve little to report, in a no news is good news maintenence kind of way. I realised I should have considered sizing down my bra when I reached goal, so I tried a smaller band last week. Everything is now nicely hoiked up , which is great because all my clothes look better but now means I’m looking at replacing my bra drawer too - one workhorse beige bra at a time, I think! (Sorry DH!)

Hey skinny bitches, just checking in after being awol for a few weeks. Work has been insane. But I'm now sat at the airport waiting for my flight home, munching slices of apple and congratulating myself for not face planting a massive burger and chips.

No losses to report. In fact I've been bouncing between 10 st 3lb and 10 st 7lbs for a few weeks. So really need to knuckle down and focus if I want to get under 10 stone. This is my 2nd week of 7.5mg (down from 10mg) and I'm not noticing much difference in suppression so far....fingers crossed that continues!

Nothing else exciting to report really but very inspired by all your vinted selling. There's quite a few items lurking in my wardrobe that I know are far too big for me now, so it's time to rehome them and make space for spring/summer clothes!
