Weighed in at 8:5 again today after a fairly traumatic 💩.

Out for tea and cake today as a treat with DD and her boyfriend. I feel a bit like I have to “demonstrate normal eating” when I am with her as she thinks I am a bit too thin. Does anyone else do that?

SAME! DD is 18 and very tall and slender (and has a very healthy attitude to food). She’s comment on me getting a bit slim these days. We went out for lunch today and I was really hungry and ate the lot with gusto (Itsu, so super healthy). She commented on how nice it was to see me enjoy food so much. I told her that I always enjoy my food but not always as hungry. Made me quite conscious and role-modelling.
