Fantastic news @MooBaggage that you are seeing such positive improvements, or even reversal 🤯 of your OSA. So pleased for you your hard work is paying off! 😀 It is things like that we are all on this journey for, improving our health and lives, or preventing future health issues, which is so much more important than the numbers on the scales each week or dress sizes - although they are an extra bonus!
I am starting to get a little water retention in my lower legs again for the last couple of weeks, not too bad, but you know that feeling of tightness/numbness and socks leaving indents, I haven't had that since last year when they were constantly hot and swollen and MJ resolved with weeks. No idea if it is because I have reduced MJ dose ever so slightly, more weight loss means HRT needs reviewed, loose skin on thighs/above knees causing issues, or previously high blood pressure now sitting at 94/61 unmedicated..... Will need to keep an eye on it.
For jeans, I am wearing Next Lift Shape Slim fit jeans (blue for casual, black for work), just because I could squeeze into them in a size 22L (had to leave the button undone some days 😳) and I have gone down the sizes to a 14L now. I should probably expand my horizons in to different shapes, will do this when I hit target. Do people still buy / wear Levis or did they go out with the 80s? 🤣 I would love to wear legging out (with tunic tops/knitted dresses) but the loose skin above my knees is not a good look)
See you are still a loser 😉 @gimmemounjaro , that is something that has crossed my mind, how do I stop losing? Sounds obvious, up the calories, but I am most of the time quite happy with what I am eating now! I haven't tracked calories for over a year now, do you track calories to change being in deficit to maintenance calories or are you just judging it?
