Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

Finally had a response that it will be delivered in 3-5 days. So I think moaning at them worked!

I have just tried to order from Juniper. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

I really regret taking things slowly now. Never mind. I will either get a pen or I won't. Worked out I can do four weeks one dose and the golden dose in my 10mg pen so that's the plan until something changes.

Med express are saying as OOS on Monj for higher doses

Juniper getting a massive thumbs up from me! Ordered Saturday (12.5mg), approved Sunday, delivered today. And, they sent a set of digital scales with the order too, which is a nice touch. Cost me £175 with discount code. I’ve got a referral code if anyone would like it 😊

Still bugger all from Medexpress. I submitted a complaint this morning and got the generic message others have shared about them being out of stock and telling me I can either wait or cancel

I ordered from juniper yesterday, not had any communication so far

Ordered 7.5mg from MedExpress at 9pm on the 24th and got delivered yesterday.

All I want is a bit of honesty from Medexpress.

I have worked out a plan to microdose down to 2.5 over the next four weeks in case this drags on and no pens turn up. There's not much alternative. Fed of of feeling out of control.

I really can't imagine staying on this long term if I ever hit goal after this.

It seems it’s just an absolute sh*t show at the moment!!

After my email yesterday afternoon telling me 12.5mg is out of stock, I replied to request cancellation of both pens and a refund. No response from the advisor since but an hour ago I received an email from another advisor saying there’s high demand at the moment and thanking me for my patience! What the actual f*ck?! Replied asking if my cancellation was being processed or if I was actually getting my pens… again no response and still awaiting clinical review! Going on 2 weeks now!

I’m currently trying to get through via phone and have been for the past half hour. Sick of it now, the communication is absolutely awful.

I ordered from chemist 4U last week before I saw my GP and have just had an email to say it has been dispatched. Nothing from ME about my requested refund.

I sent an email a day to Medexpress, when my 15/8 order hadn’t been prescribed a week later. It’s finally paid off and two pens have been approved and marked despatched within 12 hours. So hoping they arrive!
Keep emailing! I quoted people on this thread who had received theirs before me too.

I think they are very short sighted in not prioritising orders for existing customers. I always planned to stick with one supplier but I shall be looking for another after I receive the pen I’ve ordered and won’t be reordering from them.

Weirdly, having had my order very quickly completed and delivered, I received this email this morning.

It basically was reassuring me that despite delays, my order would be completed eventually. I think they’ve lost the plot!

Is anyone else waiting on 2.5 from 15th August? Med Express have stopped replying now - managed to order a 2nd pen yesterday thinking by the time that ones sent out it’ll be another 3 weeks! the 15th and yesterdays

No email saying my order will be honoured for me. Just telling dh I'm like a junkie desperate for my next fix. But instead of a addictive substance it makes you feel sick and gives you constipation.

I've finally had a reply after numerous emails saying its 7-10 WORKING days. Ah no worries lads, I'll just calm the fuck down then eh. Ordered on the 15th.

Tried to switch to wegovy. Not allowed to order that for 2 weeks because I have MJ. But I don't have MJ! Because you won't deliver my fuckin MJ!

I must be a glutton for punishment but MedExpress have just allowed me to reorder even though my last order is still awaiting clinical approval. Now I have 2 orders I can get stressed about!

I tried to do that early this morning but they only had 2.5 and 5mg to reorder.

Weird because the past order page won't let you, but you can from another page.

Ah, I was only ordering 5 so it worked for me. I don’t need it urgently so it seemed to make sense to order at the lower price.

It's 10 working days today. I put a order in with Juniper yesterday. Wish I hadn't as clearly don't have stock either. Now I have four orders stuck. Until someone actually tells me what's going on I don't know which ones to cancel either. Everyone had stock when I ordered. Or so they said...

I can’t afford to make multiple orders with different providers cos they all want the money upfront regardless of whether they have stock/will approve the medication. All I wanted was my usual 10mg pen from Medexpress who I’ve been loyal to since I started in January. I’ve been well and truly shat on by this company and now at a loss what to do and who to try and order from after 1st September ☹️
