“Completed” on the website, but I got an email:

Your order has been approved, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our pharmacy (CloudRx) normally within 2 working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) so you can track your delivery. Please note: your tracking number won't work until the evening at around 6pm.

Thanks! Mine says completed, but I haven’t had the other email yet, just ones about their loyalty programme.

myladyjane · 19/08/2025 20:01

@50somethingHRTaddict it’s actually quite reassuring to know it’s not just me. I ordered 2 pens of 10mg on Thursday night as an existing customer and it moved to order assembly on Friday pm which I understand due to the power of google means approved waiting to be sent. I don’t have a pressing need (just started a new pen) but zero comms other than the generic we’ve got your order email. Hopefully both of us will get an update soon (my first order with them I got their email it was being sent after I got the royal mail one telling it would be delivered that day…..)

unless their prices are astonishing, I will swap too.

sweetpickle2 · 19/08/2025 20:54

Got my Lotus approval email an hour ago, I ordered yesterday at about 10.30am. Very impressive given I'm a new customer, plus the backlog they must have had to work through!

No change on my account though, still just says completed.

May be a bit off kilter, but I decided to switch to Wegovy and switched pharmacies to juniper from med express.

I have been shocked by the difference in pharmacies frankly. Juniper is an email discussion over a day or two with a pharmacist, seems interested in me and what I want to achieve and how. Really impressive.

They started me on the 0.5 mg dose as I am tolerating mon 5mg fine and they are stressing for me to talk to them if I want to change anything.

If someone wants to stick with monjouro, I'd recommend the human touch with Juniper. Worked for me. Hugs and success everyone.

Do they track calories etc with you too? I always thought they sounded supportive but didn’t want to calorie count so chose Voy originally because I wanted more than just a provider

Is this Lotus Weight Loss? I had a look and there is a notice on the front page they are accepting existing customers only..

StrongerEveryDay · 19/08/2025 21:15

Has anyone had success with YourMedicals? I've read the bad reviews, was just wondering if anyone here used them and it was ok.

Ordered a two pack of pens last Friday (as sis a couple of other pp"s on here iirc) and have gone through the verification process / uploaded all necessary evidence. They said to allow at least 4 working days, so I'm being patient, but I paid with PayPal just in case.

Maaate · 19/08/2025 18:55

As someone kindly informed me, they take payment via Klarna

Unfortunately I haven’t ordered with them before

Yes, and they are only taking existing customers now- there was a short window yesterday of a few hours where they were accepting new ones!

@markyb123 I was with Juniper back in Feb, the only reason I switched is because I was hopping suppliers and using new codes- agree though they're fab, and I still use their app for tracking my weight and measurements. When I signed up in Feb they gave me some digital scales for free as well which link direct to the app, which I love. They're always very easy to speak to on the app etc. I didn't have to track calories with them @Gingercar

I’m glad I paid with PayPal as I read the awful reviews after I’d placed an order.
I tried cancelling the order by email. Will try ringing as well. No communication at all but they’ve certainly taken the money.

Really wish I had read the reviews first.

please update on what happens. I ordered on Friday, read the reviews, and immediately sent another message to cancel. My order has been progressed to "reviewing" and no word on cancelling. I also paid on paypal.

I don't use their scales. I just order from them and am happy to keep them posted as and when they want to know.

QueenOfHiraeth · 19/08/2025 21:43

I'm with Swift Doctor and plan to stay with them.
They aren't faultless, no 12.5 or 15 in stock, but they have been really good at updating their customers regularly and have been really ethical with the speed at which they restricted orders to one pen and existing customers only

Beachcomber74 · 19/08/2025 22:24

I get mine from local pharmacy and they inject me as I don’t like needles. They advised buying 4x 15 pens now with a view to continuing with 7.5 so that would give me 8 months by which time I will have hopefully shifted the weight.
Its prohibitively expensive now so frustrating that the goal
posts have changed when everyone doing well with it.

Really? No pharmacy would advise that 😳

I’m really surprised by this as well. That kind of dosing is outside of the licensed use for the meds.

FoxRedPuppy · 19/08/2025 18:08

I do click and collect at Asda. I find it stressful not knowing when a delivery might come, what if Royal Mail mess it up etc.

Then you’d get your money back!

MagicaMagical · 19/08/2025 23:08

KrankyKumquat · 19/08/2025 16:02

@MagicaMagical
It says quite clearly that the date for compliance is 31/07/25, that's when they would be 'reinspected' or have checks done. So not 6months and as they're still very much in operation, I think we can safely assume they've met all of the action points. This is a cause for celebration as no one, surely, would want to see thousands of patients left without a supplier of prescription medication or a relatively young, successful company which now employs dozens of people, get shut down?

It doesn’t work like that as another poster - and the link I posted explained. But it doesn’t matter - I hope they’re successful in satisfying the regulator and turning things around, especially with regards to cold medicine storage and safe prescribing.

NotPerfectlyAdverage · 19/08/2025 23:38

I'm surprised that pharmacy would recommend using a pen well after a month. That's a risk I'd willingly take right now myself but it's between me and my myself it it went TU. That's a big risk for them

So you gave them just under £1k so they could stockpile for you? Do you have the pens or do they keep them? And an actual pharmacy said it’s ok to use 15mg pens to do 8 x 7.5mg injections? That is not a reputable pharmacy. Are you sure they are injecting you with real Mounjaro?

I’ve just read the comment again and it sounds as though she’s jumped from being on 7.5 to being prescribed 15mg pens. I just can’t see that happening to be honest

Beachcomber74 · 20/08/2025 07:50

I haven’t given them any money yet & I won’t give the pharmacy anything up front but continue to pay on a monthly basis the price that is in line with the competition. Yes they along with other suppliers have stockpiled and are happy to keep the clients they have on the current prices. They predict the other suppliers will keep the prices low for a month then increase. Yes of course I’m being injected with MJ I’m not that daft. The risk is taking 8 x 7.5 doses from a 15 pen.

Doggymummar · 20/08/2025 07:56

What is the risk from taking 8 dose. . ? I know it is not the prescribed way, but what is the risk? It's looking more tempting everyday.

MynameisJune · 20/08/2025 07:56

And this is a reputable, GphC pharmacy injecting you with medicine that they’re happy to use off licence?
