@MagicaMagical
It says quite clearly that the date for compliance is 31/07/25, that's when they would be 'reinspected' or have checks done. So not 6months and as they're still very much in operation, I think we can safely assume they've met all of the action points. This is a cause for celebration as no one, surely, would want to see thousands of patients left without a supplier of prescription medication or a relatively young, successful company which now employs dozens of people, get shut down?

Yes I do think that if they were being shut down they’d not be ordering more Mounjaro and negotiating prices

Maaate · 19/08/2025 17:21

I placed an order for a 10mg pen with Cloud and it was approved a couple of hours later, that should take me through to the end of September and hopefully things will have settled down by then 🤞

FurForksSake · 19/08/2025 17:25

do people feel more reluctant to sing the praises of WLI now, do you think? I think I’d now absolutely give more caveats about planning your exit and not becoming complacent about supply or price.

For me, no. I do know one person who started because of me and is now coming off it. But I still stand by how much it has done for me and how I think if you’re able to, you should make use of them

I just posted re Cloud

I have been waiting approval since 17th for a 10mg pen ... Where you an existing customer?

Could you share what their prices are going to be?

These are the new price points from my local pharmacy - a chain of x 300.
Day Lewis. Post September pricing.

2.5 £133
5.0 £180
7.5 £255
10 £255
12.5 £330
15 £330

Given the choice I want to try and master this journey at a maximum of 10 strength, but will have to see how I progress moving forward as I've only done 3.5 months.

Whilst I accept that the higher doses are more expensive than say Medicine Marketplace the others are not far off their price points. It is far, far easier to just go down the road having made an on line appointment, have a quick chat, be weighed, discuss any issues and pick up a correctly stored pen to take home.
He will also let you purchase x 2 at a time if you need to for holidays etc.

No, it’s still the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and it will still be worth the financial sacrifice to carry on to goal and maintenance.

I’m pissed off for anyone that has been priced out of taking it due to this and wish it wasn’t this way but I’d still recommend anyone that needs it give it a go.

Yes but considering some of the others are positioning their 12.5 and 15 at £250 and those aren’t even the big pharmacies, £80 seems a high premium to pay for the ease of walking down the road, rather than sitting on the sofa and doing it online!

MissMogs · 19/08/2025 17:47

Freecall · 19/08/2025 16:58

Yes, as @sweetpckle2 says, I don't think Lotus has any status lower than 'completed'. So it starts there as soon as you send your order in. That's my experience anyway.

Thank you and @sweetpickle2
Back to waiting then…

No, it's probably lengthened my life considerably and saved me from a miserable retirement. It's probably saved me from having a bypass which I have never wanted but which might have become inevitable. So I would always give my positive experience. However yes, more caveats and less complacency about possibly being on it forever in some form.

However I do think that it is in it's infancy in the world at large and we don't know what's coming in the future.

Yes, been with them for a while - they do have a banner on their website to say they are only accepting orders from existing customers, don't know how long it's been there for

I do click and collect at Asda. I find it stressful not knowing when a delivery might come, what if Royal Mail mess it up etc.

Pumpkinforever · 19/08/2025 18:13

My PillSorted order has been shipped. Due for delivery tomorrow. Got an apology for the delay but they are having to deal with high volumes at the moment.

butterfly0404 · 19/08/2025 18:31

My Chemist 4u 5mg has been shipped a week after ordering, super pleased. Med Express however, still asking me the same questions 5 times over since 10 days ago when I ordered.....I just don't think they want me to use my 80 quid credit.

As someone kindly informed me, they take payment via Klarna

I accept that the two highest doses are high, but realistically I don't want to take the 12.5 or the 15 if I don't actually need to. But we will have to see how I progress.

The whole pricing issue is going to be interesting to see how it all settles down post September.

Crazyworldmum · 19/08/2025 19:08

I managed to order my next 2 doses from pharmacyonline so 12.5 and 15 . I was an existing customer and was delayed 2 days but thankfully arrived today .

My Pillsorted order got dispatched today too. Although I read somewhere on here they don’t pack them well so I hope it’s still cold when it arrives.

My Pillsorted order the other month was not well packaged like some but it didn’t feel warm so hopefully it will be fine for you.

EternalFatalist · 19/08/2025 19:41

I've been with Asda since I started on MJ back in July 2024. On Friday morning (15 June), I placed an order (earlier than usual) for a continuation pack - one 7.5mg pen and one 10mg pen - I've been on 7.5mg for a few months but went this route, as it seemed practical in light of what is happening. :-(

The communications from Asda have been rather dire, but I have just received this message in my inbox:

"Your order is in the queue for review

Thanks for placing another order with us. One of our doctors is expected to review it between 22 to 28 August. We know this is longer than usual and different from what you were originally told when placing your order. We’re sorry for the wait. Demand is very high right now, but please be assured:
Your price is guaranteed, even if approval takes longer, you’ll only pay the price shown at checkout.

Your treatment is in stock, even if there’s been an update on our website since you placed your order, your treatment is reserved for you, pending clinical review.

You’ll be informed before your order is reviewed, so you’ll have time to plan ahead.
If you have any questions while you wait, our weight loss FAQs may be helpful.

Important: Be home for your delivery
Your order will arrive within 1-2 working days after approval. This delivery requires a signature, so someone needs to be home to sign for it.

You’ll receive a tracking email with the exact delivery date once the pharmacy has processed your order."

I've collected my last few orders instead of having them delivered, but that option wasn't available for my order, so hopefully deliver will be scheduled for a day when I don't need to be in the office.

I'm very relieved to know that my order is in stock!!! It's been a stressful few days.

TryingAgainAgainAgain · 19/08/2025 19:48

Lotus has just approved my order within 29 hours!

Farmeci, who I was already with, hasn't managed any response since I reordered last Friday. They were already super slow before all this. It was only because I had no faith in them actually delivering during this chaotic time that I tried elsewhere.

“Completed” on the website, but I got an email:

Your order has been approved, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our pharmacy (CloudRx) normally within 2 working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) so you can track your delivery. Please note: your tracking number won't work until the evening at around 6pm.
