@SussexLass87 and @DidILeaveTheGasOn - it’s really my fault for accidentally binning my pen after my second jab, which didn’t realise until went to do the 3rd one last Thursday evening .
BUT considering how frequently they were mailing me to re-order, even before the end of my first week, I’m quite p’d off at their silence now, Bank Holiday notwithstanding.

I’m livid on your behalf! How are you managing without the jab? It’s a worry that quite a few companies are having supply issues. But why are they all advertising? They could be sat on a lot of money from unfulfilled orders. It’s so wrong.

Hi everyone! Week 4 jab day for me today , was defnitley feeling hungry last night so was looking forward to the dose this morning!
I ordered with Asda last Wednesday for a 5mg pen as a new customer , they have literally just messaged and said it will be ready to collect Thursday which I don’t think is too bad considering the bank holiday. Went with Asda as like being able to collect from store.
wasn’t sure wether to stick with 2.5 or up to 5 but decided to go up to 5 and see how I do on that and if needs be I can take a smaller dose .
ive not really had any SE other than burps when I started so hoping that it stays the same when I move up a dose. Has anyone moved up to 5 yet? How are you feeling on it if you have?

Just had my first delivery and took my jab today. I had to watch videos and read the instructions about 3 times, but it was fairly easy, so long as I remember all the steps going forward, which I will.

They kept refusing my photographs, they didn’t like my dark clothes. All of my clothes are dark, so I got a refund and swapped to another company

I am losing my shit with Medexpress. I’ve just submitted a complaint and asked for a refund if they’re not able to fulfill my order, and also tried to do an order on medino for the next 5mg pen. I’m so cross. Medexpress have got awful trustpilot reviews now so it’s not just me.

I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I'm regretting my decision to go with 2.5mg pen. It'll be my third ever pen and I think the effects are wearing off and my weight-loss is fairly slow.

@AccidentalPrawnYouFoolI’ve seen loads of bad reviews about the delays but I had £40 credit so ordered my 5mg with them on Sunday and turned up today!

What do you think your next steps might be? Order the 5 and count clicks to go up half a dose, maybe?

This is the most annoying thing - seen people getting their deliveries but I don’t have mine! I’m so mad x

I'm struggling to get my steps in and I really need to increase them. Does anyone have any ideas or does anyone want to buddy up for accountability? I've got my gym classes three times a week but otherwise I do about 2k steps a day :(. Help?

@Fatrosrhun - it’s been tough, especially the last couple of days , the food noise has returned and am having to use every ounce of willpower I possess.

I’ve literally just received an e mail from Asda to say my order has been approved and is due for delivery tomorrow.

I’m a bit “Yeh, believe it when I see it “ now , but at least something is happening !!!

I ordered my first pen from them and had to keep uploading new pics. Communication also wasn’t great. I’ve just ordered my second one from Numan. They are dispatching soon, so already better customer service than Medexpress.

It’s so hard to know what to do , or who to go with now .
Obviously cost is a huge factor, but reliability even more so .

@DidILeaveTheGasOn how about an online dance class or Zumba? Lots on YouTube. I've found half an hour gives me around 3000 steps, and it's definitely a mood enhancer! 😀 Also you don't actually have to leave the house- bonus! 😅

I do a weights class x1 a week and run 2-3 times a week but my job is increasingly sedentary so I really need to get moving more on other days. Motivation is really hard sometimes with all the demands life throws at us, home, FT work, kids, friends etc etc. I'd really welcome an accountability and motivational friend!

I’ve just sent pics and videos to medino so I’ve got my fingers crossed! Was also cheaper so that’s good! I do have needles on the way for the golden dose too just in case.

Was yours the 2.5mg or the 5mg? Think a few of them are having issues with the 2.5mg supply only.

Tried Lidl high protein wrap for lunch today with hummous and salad and was lovely! Attached photo of the ingredients incase anyone interested!

Can you try adding some 10 minute walks in to your day? Something like to the top of the road and back, or round the block? I also second the YouTube idea, there are videos for "3000 steps" or whatever you have time for.

W2 d4, yesterday morning I felt horrendous and ended up stuck to the loo for most of the day, I had to go out so took Imodium but it did nothing! Been up most of the night and today it’s been much the same but I didn’t take any Imodium. I’m struggling to eat anything and now I’m properly stressing as I’m at work tomorrow and I don’t have easy access to a toilet. I’ve been drinking loads of water. I’m really wondering if I can take my next dose on Friday now because of work 😞 last week I had the bloating and burps which I can cope with but not this.
