Appreciate not MJ related but have you tried a nasal rinse or neti pot? I was referred to the ENT with sinusitis and was diagnosed with chronic inflammation likely due to perennial hayfever. Been nasal rinsing almost every night since and (touch wood) although not a complete cure, my symptoms have improved. Might be worth a try?

In MJ news, I'm now a member of the 10mg crew! No additional side effects and suppression is good. Crossing my fingers this is the dose that works for me and I can stay on 10mg for longer. Worry I'm racing through the levels too fast. Levelling up is great if I were playing Donkey Kong (or Chucky Egg - anyone remember that beaut?) not so good for MJ in regards to budget or my longer term weight loss journey.

Hi all, I think I’ve made a mistake… I decided to change injection site to my thigh for my third dose of 7.5 as I’ve been a bit hungrier the last two weeks. But I did it in the flabbiest part of my thigh, which is the top of my inner thigh. I’ve now thought that it’s supposed to be in your outer thigh? Worried I’ve just wasted a dose…

I've experimented with different jab sites and have honestly not seen a consistent pattern. I think some weeks supression fluctuates but I've not found it to have enough of a pattern to be linked to jab site... I know however some people swear by the link between site and suppression.

I don't think you will have wasted a dose. It's got to have gone into your system regardless.

My first week on 7.5 has gone so well. No side effects at all. Enough suppression to keep me on track and not wanting to snack or crave sugar, but still hungry for my meals at the right time. I thought it was going to be bad for some reason!

And I bought a size 10 pair of jeans today 😮

I'm not sure if I am seeing a pattern on 3.75mg - absolutely hideous acid reflux that is waking me up at night (I already take omeprazole) and a 1-2kg fluctuation upwards the day or two after injecting.

Bloody desperate to see something starting with a 10!!!

I am struggling on 7.5 due to headache, extreme lethargy and nausea. I’m going to count clicks and just do 5mg on Friday. I can top it up a bit if I am ravenous. I’ve barely functioned this week, would have had to call in sick if I didn’t wfh so much.

I think my boobs are slightly smaller which is great news. Just gotta keep plodding on…

Plodding here as well, but it's going the right way. Have managed to conquer another sticky point for me, 65 kilos, am 64.8 now.

I couldn't find this thread because it doesn't have Mounjaro in the title (and I am a bit dim) so I ended up in the Wegovy Jan starters thread - oops!

I've been in a plateau for a few weeks so it's just as well I've had nowhere to share! I've ordered 10mg and trying to stay positive. Can't be disappointed given my progress to date but it really does feel like the long last mile....

I wouldn't worry about 'racing through' - dose escalation every 4 weeks is totally normal and expected, and in fact what was done in the clinical trials for most participants. I had that feeling when so many in here stick to the same dose for weeks, but really it's about finding the optimal dose for the individual and that can mean moving up to the max for many, and staying on a lower dose for some :)

Hey gorgeous fellow users. I feel like I need your help. I've always ordered from MedExpress (a mix of reliability and naively maybe?) but I've never got my head around the price matching piece. I'm now on 10mg. Ive got still lots of weight to lose. At least another 2 stone till I'm entering normal BMI. The cost is adding up! If you've got any top tips to make pricing easier I'd really love your top tips and views x

I've also used medexpress, I have price matched twice now on last 2 pens.
On the medexpress website there is a list of other suppliers they match against, I use the monj price comparison site and then send medexpress a screen shot of the last pen I bought with the cheaper price. They have been pretty good and give me a credit for the price difference plus 5 pounds a few hours later
