I did 50 clicks of 5mg pen last week, might go up to full dose this week. Not counting calories as I get a bit obsessive when I do, but finding it easy to eat more fruit and veg and snack less. I was feeling hungry about 10pm last night, pre MJ I'd have had big cheese/chocolate/toast snack which would have been a few hundred calories. Instead I thought, maybe I haven't had much protein today? Had a couple of slices of pastrami from the fridge and suddenly felt happily no longer hungry - will definitely try to keep this in mind in future.
Generally on MJ it's not that I'm not hungry, but I'm not constantly thinking about what I'm going to eat. Really hoping to build solid good habits for future maintenance, with the hope that at GW I can stop MJ but eat in a calmer way than the last few years! Very happy with rate of weight loss so far, gradual but impressive.
