Just a heads up...
So. I have ordered all but the first of my pens through IQ Doctor. I have always been happy. Speedy processing of my order, good delivery etc....
But my 10mg pen stopped working part way through giving the third dose last week. I changed needle (twice) to see if that was the problem. But, it was just 'locked' - would not depress to give the rest of the dose or turn.
I contacted IQ by online message, email and by raising a support ticket, (no answer on phone). I've chased up a response a few times......nothing.
If you like the thought of getting a response if you need something, then perhaps IQ are one to avoid.
I'll be looking elsewhere in future.
Thankfully, I knew from here about insulin needles....so I've sorted myself out, with your help!!!
