Just gone past the 2 stone loss mark now! I have been here before with slimming world, but hoping this will be more permanent!

Have moved up to 10mg today as well, so will see how it goes with side effects and suppression.

My weigh in this morning was slightly higher, it tends to be on a Monday as my suppression wears off over the weekend and I allow myself a breakfast bagel!

I met with the surgeon doing my keyhole surgery and he said I need to come off the injections two weeks before due to the stomach emptying delay, but that's ok as almost at goal. Surgery likely to be after my next pen so may even be at goal by then.

I started the 10mg on Saturday. Suppression has come back in a big way! I couldn’t finish my dinner last night and today I don’t really want to eat at all, so it’s a bit too much, but I think like previous doses, my body just needs a bit of time to get used to the increased dose.

On the recommendation of this group, I’ve tried medicine marketplace for my next pen (I’ve ordered 12.5). I had moved to Oushk previously for the maintenance, but to be fair I’m a long way off maintenance and this pen is £40 cheaper than Oushk. I’ve done my WhatsApp video thing, just waiting for them to review now.

@recklessgran So pleased that you've been able to increase and you don't seem to be suffering. Long may it last! The weather is making everything feel so much better.

@icantgetnosheep1 I was also thinking this over the weekend. It's going to be the first summer in about 10+ YEARS that I am not going to suffer. I'm not going to be sweating my tits off and hiding inside. It's been wonderful the last few days to feel the sun on my skin and really enjoy it. I'm so proud of all of us. Also understand about the mindset. I've been a size 20 (biggest was 28!)) for so long that I can't really see myself as anything else apart from fat. I still feel fat now even though I know I am obviously not. I went clothes shopping at the weekend and it was a weird experience. I still don't feel I look right in tighter fitting clothes and wanted to get back in my tents. It's a strange feeling.

3.9lb loss for me this week which is great. I've had a couple of slow weeks.

33yrs 5'5 PCOS with Cloud Pharmacy (which have been very good)
SW: 16st 2.7lb/102.8kg BMI 37.7
CW: 11st 13lb/75kg BMI 27.9
2st 13/18.5kg to go to make me 9st/57kg BMI 21

Feeling good. Very good in fact. Just had my fourth period in a row which is unheard of since the age of 12. I collected some size 14 jeans this morning and they bloody fit. I haven't worn size 14 jeans in probably... forever?

10mg is working like magic so I think I will stick with it. Summer is going to feel so good!

Am I odd in actually liking the sulphur burps? Mind you I live on my own so I am not affecting anyone else!

I'm considering switching pharmacy for my next dose to save some money. My BMI is 27, will this be an issue? I've only stayed with my current supplier because I thought it would be difficult to switch under 30 BMI.

@HansHolbein you’ve done so well.

I’ve switched twice but still over 30 bmi so it hasn’t been an issue, but I do think that pharmacies take into account where you started. I’ve been asked both times I switched for evidence of my previous prescription (I’ve sent photos of the prescription label on previous pens), and details of my original starting weight.

I’ve still not been reviewed and accepted by medicine marketplace, though. It’s been a few days since I sent all the info in that they requested. I imagine, being the cheapest, they’re getting busy!

I switched to the Family Chemist at bmi 27 as they have a maintenance plan that sounded good. It was easy.

I've switched twice under 30 without any issues.

@HansHolbein That's so amazing about the PCOS. I've had PCOS too along with endo and adenomyosis. I've not had a period in 11 months though so I'm hoping the menopause has got me!

So I sts this week when i weighed.... boooo... I think 7.5mg has ran its course so iv just injected 10mg.

We had lots of people over all this weekend and Iv had a few too many treats so now dreading my next weigh in.

I need 10mg to kick my ass! ha ha

i need to order my next pen too so off to see who is the cheapest!

I’ve just had a call from Sham from medicine marketplace. Apparently I’d ticked a box saying that I suffered from a particular medical condition (by accident - I don’t), so she called to check details. She’s now approved me and my new pen is on the way! Seems like there’s personal attention to detail with this pharmacy, I know that a couple of posters here have had contact from Sham too. So far so good!

if its not a quick turn around then its not a huge deal as i still have a full pen!

Went with Pharmacy2U, got a 15mg pen on its way for £145, saving £50 from Medexpress. Bit of a faff setting it all up but worth it. I already have 3 full pens stock so that's 20wks meds with the bonus dose. Hopefully closer to goal weight by then and will need to think about titrating down.

I've had a day off the rails today and I feel rotten.
Work did pancakes for brekkie and I just had one with some Nutella, banana and berries, then was just hungry all morning after that, had a pasta ready meal for lunch as was in a rush and all we had in and I've felt sick ever since
Never been so pleased to see a salad for dinner. MJ has been such a good reset for my eating habits.
