Had a sneaky early weigh in today and I finally saw a 9! It's been at least 15 years since I've been in single stone figures! That's 31lb off since the start of October. I'm not the fastest loser, but I'm getting there.
I've really focused on macros and upping my protein and lowering my carbs the last week. A bit challenging as I don't eat meat! My go to's for a protein boost are My Protein powders (2 scoops is 60g protein) and Brooklea Greek yogurt from Aldi, which is 50g protein in a 500g tub (so 25g per serving). That's on top of eggs, fish, tofu, cheese, nuts etc.
