My starting weight: 104kg
Would love to lose 30kg over time

Have just started the first dose - no side effects so far. Appetite has disappeared. Cautiously hopeful about the future!

Hi. Can anyone advise where they can dispose of the yellow bins please?

Hi, I'd like to know that too. I've still got all mine in the yellow bin.
Obviously, we can't just throw them away so any advice would be fab.
I'm starting my 5 strength tomorrow, I really hoping for no side effects. I had an awful 2 weeks when I started Mounjaro but I'm fine now. I started 12th May & only lost 1 stone 2lbs so far...is that wrong?

Hi, I'm about to restart Mounjaro 2.5. I started last May & stopped last November due to stomach pains after going up to the 5 dose. Following a CT scan & Gastroscopy I was found to have many benign stomach polyps & gastritis. I had list just over 3 stone by then. However, I'm still 19 stone but haven't regained any weight as yet. I have bought Mounjaro 2.5 today but I'm so scared to start using it again because the gastritis was horrendous, so painful & I don't want that again. What should I do? I don't want my fat face back & my knees are so much better but 19 stone is too heavy & I want to lose another 3 stone. I've also noticed that I'm getting hungry feelings too. I don't know what to do because my stomach is fine now since I've been off Mounjaro 😩

Hi, my GP arranged the test I had so I told her I was on Mounjaro. She said all I could was try it but only 2.5 & if stomach flares again I need to stop it immediately & not use again. I buy it privately from Healthexpress. The problem is with other meds like tablets, if they upset you you just don't take them again, with an injection it's already in me.
I'm really scared to get that pain from gastritis again, it was horrendous & Mounjaro is listed as causing Gastritis 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😱
