I'm no longer obese by BMI but into the overweight range - as long as you weigh me naked first thing in the morning! Difficult week at home with different things but struggling to maintain much of an appetite and having to focus on protein, but really enjoying the increased desire for healthy food. I am pretty tired but that could well be due to plenty of other stresses but my skin is lovely.
