The micro meal is low fat /M&S usually and maybe 2 a week usually when in a mad dash for work
I get the point of too many carbs but if I don't eat them I am Hungary
A jacket tuna and salad is also a meal I have often
Maybe my mind is set due to sw and I could eat carbs - obv not go overboard but lose weight
And obv all meals have fresh /frozen veg
It's just frustrating !!!
I do look on the what do I eat post and some of the things they eat and lose weight ans I think wow
where as I don't think my average day is that bad
Started off well and maybe I will respond to higher doses
It's just the long plateau of no weight Lost in 3w now I think
Let's hope Fri will be my day !!!
That's why it's so nice doing a monthly group as most of us on here are heading to 7.5 as started early /mid aug
Know some are end of aug so on lower dose. You can read our struggles and what you hopefully won't face in October lol
