4th jab tonight but pen stuck. What to do? Should I try hard twist?

It’s stuck as in won’t move past the o priming.

Hard twist doesn’t work anyway. It’s well and truly stuck. Do I use a syringe or leave it and instead use my 5mg pen for 30 clicks? Argh! Stressed!

In the end I did 30 clicks of my 5mg pen.

Use a syringe! You can’t be wasting a dose.

Don’t intend to waste it but dug syringe out of a drawer and would rather use a new one. Plus am pretty cross and thought I might need to send proof.

When it happened to me I went out and bought an insulin syringe to do the dose that way.

The thought of losing a dose worth 60 pounds plus a bonus dose of 60 pounds cured my needle phobia pretty quickly.

jeeeeee. First time having a bit of a blow out on carby stuff for Friday dinner and have been up and down like a yoyo with a dodge stomach. Thought i was going to be sick at one point too! That won’t be repeated🫠 though maybe it’s just a shock to system anyway after resting well for six weeks.
i really need to raise dose now. Interesting reading people about to move to 7.5 and im
only on 4

Just a pound for me this week. I'm not really surprised as the suppression hasn't been too strong and although I've not snacked, my portion sizes have crept up. Just done my final 2.5 jab, will see how it goes this week and will be going straight to 5 next Saturday.

We're off to Anfield today to watch the football and we're driving back tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to find some decent choices as we have hospitality tickets.

Weigh day today and my first 5mg dose later.

SW: 16 stone 3lbs
CW: 14 stone 12lbs

I’m over the moon! I’ve lost 1 stone 5lbs in 4 weeks. I’m expecting my weight loss to slow down a bit as my first week I lost 12lbs, but I’m excited to carry on feeling healthy and getting these lbs off!

@Pinkjenny enjoy the football, hospitality tickets sound like fun! Hopefully there will be some better options there than the usual burgers/fish and chips etc! and if not, who cares? Moderation!
I’m hanging on for tomorrow. Moved up to 5mg eeek before last, but the nausea was too much, so last Sunday I jabbed 3.75mg. Should have just stuck to 5mg as I have really struggled the last few days to avoid eating my typical PMT comfort foods. I have just had chocolate digestives for breakfast 😬. Don’t want to bring my jab day forward as have a rare meal out later. On the plus side it looks as though I have still lost 2lb this week so have obviously managed to just about manage quantities.

Morning, I'm buckled laughing at the poo, when I first moved in with my Husband I had an enormous poo and it blocked the loo. I was absolutely mortified and he actually unblocked the loo for me, I knew then it was for life after poogate 😂

I weighed in this morning and I have a number 12 on my scales I can't believe it, I gave a victory punch to the air! I'm now 12.12.8 so 2lbs off this week. 💪🥳🥳🎊🎊💃💃💃

Has anyone noticed any menstrual changes? I have no idea whether it's just usual peri symptoms but Jesus wept I feel like I've been bleeding for weeks.

Going to see Texas in Glasgow tonight and since I've lost 2 st ,I'm wearing some nice trousers / top and box jacket.

Usually ,embarrassed ,the biggest of my friends, wearing big size clothes and always thinking " I m going to start dieting when I get home"

If it makes you feel better, weeing and breathing is how you lose the weight.
