Thank you so much @NewLifter for taking the time to do all that. I'm now 100% switching to them now. Someone mentioned them a few days ago and I liked the look of the site, plus the price. The maintenance was my worry depending on which company I chose.
Xx

Yes I think others will follow! Oushk seem very proactive just, perhaps because they're new and trying to establish themselves - and really focus just on MJ and wegovy I think.

I promise I'm in no way linked to them 😂 but I do really love their prescriber, Hira. She comes across as very caring and passionate.

I watched a live from a competitor one night and wasn't impressed at all.

I've looked again at the prices and decided to make the switch for my next pen, I thought Zava was cheaper as I have quite a few referral discount codes to use, but as I have Blue Light, Oushk will work out a very similar price anyway.

I think they have a discount code to use atm and you can pick your delivery date so sound always use it for next pen! They seem really good tbf judging off the FB group!

OrangeWire · 16/08/2024 20:59

I use Oushk and whilst I’m nowhere near maintenance it makes me feel better to know that there might be some support when I get to goal, I have a fear of coming off and immediately starting to gain weight, so I guess with the £20pm plan you’d be able to speak to someone and head it off early.

30not13 · 16/08/2024 21:08

I am going to switch to oushk I think after reading that. After they've got the go ahead for that plans plan though

@NewLifter I am with the company you mentioned re the advertising upthread and have found them really good so far. They do offer coaching by Zoom which has been helpful and their customer service has been great. I emailed last Friday with a query and got an email reply within half an hour and an invitation for a Zoom chat on Monday to talk through advice
I do agree with you about the advertising though, I don't know how companies are getting away with it. Personally I have more problems with them offering discount codes to get people to get others to order, feels a bit like pyramid selling in some ways

Can anyone tell me the name of the FB group linked to Oushk please?

30not13 · 16/08/2024 21:43

Please do not share discount codes in here, this is not allowed. There is a thread on this board which is the only place you should share them, otherwise you might get us deleted and with it almost 1000 posts of excellent advice.

Thank you.

Eyf · 16/08/2024 21:44

Eek sorry I thought discount codes were ok as long as they weren’t like personal codes if that makes sense!? I’ll ask for deletion!

The thing that Oushk are really getting a name for, is excellent self promotion. Please do not imagine that this is being done purely for the benefit of the poor confused Mounjaro takers.

Of course. Every pharmacy selling weight loss drugs are doing it to make money, nobody is doing it to benefit us or they’d give it away for free!

Also watched Hira’s live and feel happy with the options offered - hopefully one day I’ll get to my goal to be able to benefit from them. I moved to Oushk 2 pens ago and have had an excellent experience all round. If you have a question they will actually talk to you, the same day usually, and are so so helpful. I feel like they are really trying to get ahead of the game and are constantly changing things based on customer feedback. Can’t ask much more than that.

Now I sound like I work for them too - promise I don’t 😂

NewLifter · 16/08/2024 23:15

Zava definitely aren't supporting maintenance, they're very clear about that. I personally don't want to keep moving around for discounts so have stuck with Zava, but will have to change well before maintenance. I like the idea of Oushk having an ongoing discount with the subscription, no worries of referral codes etc.

I agree that others will likely follow suit soon!

You did nothing wrong, it's referral codes that benefit the poster that MN is trying to sort - you were just being helpful! Thanks xx

Hi guys, know we're on page 35 now, I've got a busy day planned tomorrow but I reckon we'll be close to page 40 if not completed it within the next 24 hours.

Here's the thread for part 20, but as usual let's fill this one first.

I will be on tomorrow any way at some point and I'll repost the link closer to page 40 if this one is too premature.

Tuckered out after my day of chasing little darlings in the sunshine so hope you all have a lovely night.

@Fromthesidelines

Hi there, I read of your first solo holiday and just wanted to say I’m also a solo traveller and the boost you’ll get from doing this is just fabulous. I didn’t start until my very late 50’s when my then very long marriage broke down and I’m now 66 with a travel bug that shows no sign of slowing down. Where are you going if you don’t mind saying? And are you nervous at all. Honestly you’ll come back from this knowing you can slay dragons.

Mrsmounjaro · 17/08/2024 06:54

After what seems like forever, ive finally broken into the 12's 😍

SW 14st 10 (23rd May)
CW 12st 13 (!!)
GW 11st

I wont lie, its felt like a slog at times, but I've put my stats into an average weight loss calculator and im losing 2lb a week on average which is the recommended healthy weight loss so i shouldn't really complain. Well done to everybody on your losses this week 👏

Thank you for this. That's so good to hear. I'm going to Sicily. I've never been there before but love history, so really looking forward to it; albeit a little nervous. I'm a similar age to you. I'm hoping it will be the first of many if I enjoy it. Having been a single parent and money being tight, I haven't had much opportunity to travel so part of the reason for this weight loss journey is to, hopefully, have a healthier old age so I can continue to help with childcare for my grandkids and to enjoy myself!

NewLifter · 17/08/2024 07:32

Thanks Jimmy, I'm sure this one will be full by the end of the weekend!
