I’ve had a response from Voy regarding the doses higher than 10mg, just in case anyone else wasn’t aware either!

I placed mine on a Sun, had to chase multiple times, they finally prescribed on Thu and send out on Fri, so then it sat in a RM depot for the whole weekend and I didn’t get my hands on it till Monday!!!

When it finally reached me 9 days later it was warm. I reached out to ElI Lilly to advise if the pen can be used - they confirmed so.

In the meantime, because I was pestering and complaining about how long it was taking, they gave me £10 credit for the inconvenience. Then another £10 because pf their price match promise (and I found it cheaper elsewhere).
I also was livid when it arrived warm so wrote them a very salty email, and now they’re dispatching me a complimentary replacement pen.

I guess this all could have been avoided if they had just sent my pen promptly. But oh well, a free pen and £20 credit is not too bad either.

Allllllll this was just to say: stay on top of them, demand £££ for delays!!

Stay the course!!! You are losing the weight, but maybe your body is holding onto more water. You WILL get a whoosh all of the sudden and I promise you that in just 2-3 days, your weight will drop and it will work out as if you’ve been steadily losing all of the 4 weeks. It will just come out in one big chunk over 2-3 days seemingly overnight

Just to say, you're not stuck with them now you're under 30 BMI. Lots of us have moved to and from other providers due to service, price, etc. It's easy to do.

Not necessarily stuck with them, ZAVA approved me with a BMI of under 30 with proof of my previous prescription.

Cloud pharmacy also said they can take on new clients with a bmi under 30 providing they have proof you’ve been on the medication. :)

Friday weigh in this morning, only 1lb down, was hoping for more (isn’t everyone 🤣) hoping it’s because it’s period week!

I started July 19th and I’m 10lb down currently.

Managed to log in to my smart scale app so now I can do a proper weigh comparison
Height: 5 foot.
Start weight: 112.60kg
Current weight: 104.85kg
Goal weight: 70kg, I don't think I'll ever be in the middle of the green band for my BMI which would be 64kg because I'm a stocky little power lifter. I'd be happy at 70kg.

Today is the first day my scales started with 104 without having to recalibrate afterwards and ultimately take me to a higher weight.

I did leave my pen out overnight by accident though, for about 6 hours. I've got 1 dose left in it so I'm not all that fussed, I'll be ordering a new one next week.

I ordered 12.5 pen on Saturday morning, it was prescribed Wednesday and I received it yesterday.

Morning!!

After much deliberation, I stuck with 3.75mg yesterday (had side effects after bonus dose and 3.75mg last week but decided to try again).

Not good so far, have a headache (will keep forcing the fluids in) and couldn't manage more than a few mouthfuls of breakfast there despite having gone for a long run first thing this morning.

Diarrhea immediately after (albeit no tummy pain this time).

We are heading out for the day to a theme park (crap food type place) so I wanted a good breakfast first. And further diarrhea would be inconvenient 🙈

I guess it's back to 2.5mg for me, I had no issues with it, just wore off quicker than I would like so might do my own thing and inject early each week (please don't shout at me!)

I have the same thing! neck and left shoulder, like pulling pain but whats worst the constant tingle in my arm! I thought this is because something is pressing on my nerve Interesting if this will be caused by MJ!

Oof that sounds rough. Hope you feel better. Maybe grab a good quality protein shake to take with you before you go to the theme park. Junk food is probably not going to do your tummy much good right now.

I weighed this morning and, following my stressful week of nausea and grazing rather than planned meals, have gained a kilo.
Just proves Mounjaro is not magic and we still need to do the work ourselves!

I still maintain that this is not a fat gain though. You've probably not drank as much water as you should have/normally do. Focus on getting 2.5-3 l a day and enough protein in the next 2-3 days and you'll see that kg will be gone.

Had my first dose on 27th June at 16st 5 lbs, now 14st 5lb, 2 stone gone in just over 7 weeks, even with being on holiday and eating out everyday, with sensible choices. I am late sixties, retiring soon and have been struggling to loose weight. I found these threads, read them all, did some research and everything going well.

Bloody hell if I drank 3l of water a day I wouldn’t leave the toilet 😳.

Med Express are obviously struggling to keep up with demand or maybe don’t have enough prescribers during the holiday season

I moved to them a couple of months ago after having delivery issues with Asda (order got lost for over a week and they wouldn’t replace or refund)

Previous orders have been despatched quickly by Med Express so thought I’d do another before going on hols so I’m set up soon after return to move on to new pen.

I ordered a few days ago but contacted them today after receiving the email about delays and they said there’s no way they can get it to me before next Thurs so have cancelled the order.

Not the end of the world as I’ll still have a dose left in current pen when get back (+5th bonus dose) but just a watch out for anyone else ordering from them. Annoyingly it may be hard to switch providers as threw away current pen’s packaging after placing this order but hope Med X are a bit more on top of it by end of month

A big positive is that id have definitely given up weeks ago without the MJ but am continuing to plod along!

I'm having murder with them atm.

I placed my order 9-10 days ago. It took 5 days for them to even acknowledge it, and then it was only to send a generic message about delays.

They've then put my account on hold twice since then, initially to ask me some questions about what my diet is like and whether I have any side effects etc.

I answered all of that and still no approval. Then they come back to me again and said they want me to stay on 7.5 as that's what I last ordered from them, except I'd bought 10mg from zava since then as I switched providers when m.e stopped doing discount codes.

Proof now sent of 10mg prescription and still not a peep back. I'm absolutely livid.

Thank you, you may be right. I'm getting back into a routine now although I am finding it difficult as, oddly, I don't really fancy the healthy food but, having said that, I haven't really enjoyed the snacky things I have eaten either! I'm drinking more as we speak though.
I remember, years ago, doing some work with bariatric patients and am now realising that so many of their experiences are mirrored in ours on GLP1s. I have made one of their classic mistakes over the last week of missing meals but snacking on "slider" foods

I ordered 7.5 with MedExpress yesterday lunchtime and had an email about an hour ago to say that it’s been prescribed and will be dispatched within one working day so not all bad with them thankfully 🤞

Hopefully this will be my last weight loss pen before maintenance. I’ve got another 6/7 weeks worth of 5mg across 2 pens, including bonus doses so my hope is to be within 5lb of healthy bmi by the end of then. Where I’m at in 6 weeks depends entirely on how I use the new pen

I got tired of waiting and have asked for a refund. I went on to place an order with zava at 12 midday and it was approved just before 2pm.

I was just coming to say similar. Ordered yesterday, just had an email to say it’s been prescribed. Also hopefully going to be my last pen before maintenance! I reckon my current pen will get me to a healthy BMI, then my new one to get securely within it, then to figure out maintenance.

Is the issue for Med Express that higher dosages are coming out faster because they have less customers on them?

Ordered a 5ml pen from MedExpress on Tuesday , still awaiting prescription !! Ordered another pen from ZAVA yesterday, dispatched today . Won’t be using MedExpress again
