Has anyone actually had a storm?

We were forecast thunderstorms and heavy rain today where I am. So far it's cloudy, boiling hot and not a drop of rain to be seen.
Has anyone had any of the storms predicted?

About 20 spots in North Yorkshire, it feels like we need a huge storm and for it to pour down.

I'm still so blinking hot!

London, just had massive downpour, we went outside and danced in it!

I'm sitting outside now, there's a few dark clouds and it's very still. Fingers crossed for a bit of rain.

In SWest we had about 10 raindrops this morning. Put my arm out of the door (I did promise to do a rain dance if there was enough rain) and about 6 raindrops landed and that warm like a puny shower.

North/west Norfolk forecast rain for the next 5 days, though suspect some will hit off the coast

East Devon/Somerset border and just had distant thunder and drizzle/heavy shower, was ridiculously disappointed. My neighbours are probably thrilled as they're at high flood risk so steady rain is definitely better for them.

Last night we had rain, thunder, lightning and winds it was awful but only seemed to last an hour and hasn’t made the air much fresher which is disappointing.

I've had a headache today and yesterday so could do with a good storm, find it helps sometimes.

I'm in the midlands we had a few drops of rain in the air for a few minutes at lunchtime. It's supposed to start raining in the early hours of tomorrow and continue all day, which is typical because I'm going into the office tomorrow.

North of London on Herts/Essex border dark clouds to the south. Not a drop of rain yet and still around 30c

We caught the side of a storm - got some good rain & could hear/see the thunder & lightning but not torrential & no hail. Hoping it's given the garden a good drink.

We had loud thunder and some lightening and a brief shower. It feels more humid now than it did before!

About 2 minutes of light rain and a bit of rumbling in the distance and that's it. Blue sky and sunshine again now here in my part of Somerset.
