Can't promise that I'll be able to add as much as I usually do (not very well atm) so its quite likely I might miss stuff but I've added a few thoughts to that thread re the current set up and tis easier if I just keep it in one place.

We've got quite a covering here in Wiltshire! Enough for a snowball fight!!! And it's still snowing although not heavily. I wonder what we'll wake up to!!

About an inch is settled in Oxford. It's still coming down though and the temperature has plummeted.

Light snow now in Reigate, Surrey. God I hope there's enough for sledging tomorrow or I'm going to have one fed up 4 year old on my hands!

Looking at our forecast now, it's going to be raining by 9pm, and will get up to 6 degrees tomorrow. The DC want to go out now, in case it's not here in the morning.

Snow in north London! It can only have been going 10 minutes and the floor is covered already.

We had about 20 minutes of snow on the Isle of Wight earlier and nothing since.

DH is watching a Birmingham footy match on TV-I don't know how they are playing in all the snow.

DH has been out to see the DC and had announced there is enough for sledging and it's 'good stuff'. I give it ten minutes before one of them comes in screeching about a snowball in the face.

Sparkling I don't know how they are playing in it either. They must have die hard fans too.

I jut switched over to the Birmingham match - not many fans left!
