Can't promise that I'll be able to add as much as I usually do (not very well atm) so its quite likely I might miss stuff but I've added a few thoughts to that thread re the current set up and tis easier if I just keep it in one place.

Soooo, got an amber warning for snow now. It's 5c and still raining GGGRRRRRHHHH.
OYBBK, it would be funny watching all the snow excitment down south, but we've only had one snow shower all winter.

Nothing yet in N Yorks. But the sky is very very white.

starshaped I'm in Tameside, but on the border of Manchester and we have a good covering and the snow is still falling.

Waves to Sparklingbrook DS has been waiting for snow since Christmas! It keeps starting & stopping here (back home now) but it is sticking well and there are no breaks in the clouds. Car was showing +1C a little while ago

lubey ~ I think we have tiny white flakes falling but it's quite hard to see them as they're blowing about in the wind! Our thumb~twiddling seems to have worked! (Either that or it was some of the posters here doing their naked snow dance in their gardens last night!)

Quite a bit in Bridgend. Seems to be sticking, and it's steady rather than heavy.

You're only about 5 miles away then mankyscotslass - I'm in South Manchester. Where's our snow? I suppose you're a bit higher than us over Tameside way but still
