Yesterday:
L: salad of hearts of palm, cucumber, tomatoes, chilli, lettuce. Raspberries and blueberries
S: raw peanuts, hummus and a carrot, more tomatoes
D: another salad (went for dinner with friends despite doing the detox thing)
Today:
B: peach and golden berries
L: avocado, banana, mango, spinach smoothie
D: plonked bits and pieces on the table for everyone to help themselves, I had sugar snap peas, grated carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, white cabbage Mexican slaw, olives, avocado
Will likely have some blueberries later (have never eaten to much fruit!)
