Can we please have a 'What I ate today' thread, vegan style?

I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

LittleSweet it does sound rather tricky to say the least. Are you ok with nuts and seeds? Other beans like kidney beans?

Today:
B: smoothie as listed above
L: chickpea 'tuna' salad, mixed leaves, avocado
D: nut roast, carrots, broccoli, gravy
Snacks: plate of raw veg, an orange, half a bar of ritter sport (my absolute downfall), hula hoops... Think I may have PMT tbh.

Yesterday was -
B - porridge with banana. 2 teas. 2 pints water
L - cuppa soup (minestrone) with a cheese and tomatoe toastie.
S - 2 teas. Satsuma. Chunk of hm brownie.
D- 'chicken' veg and pearl barley stew with roast potatoes, parsnips and dumplings. Mango free from yoghurt.
Then some lemonade and bbq flavoured peanuts.

That does sound tough @LittleSweet sounds like there’s still plenty of veg you can eat but protein would be my main concern I think

Yesterday I feel like I ate tons
B: turmeric and blueberry overnight oats
L: mashed potato and pesto and some slices of vegan cheese
S: a very soft slice of bread, strawberry cashew yoghurt
D: mushroom soup

Yesterday:
B: wholemeal toast with marmalade and coffee
Mid morning: 3 Aldi dark chocolate lebkuchen hearts
L: falafel, slice of bread, houmous and vegan cheese, lettuce, avocado, olive and tomato salad, roast sweet potatoes and small amount of leftover chilli
D: veg curry with brown rice, Oggs chocolate cake, two glasses of white wine

Today so far:
B: coffee and slice of toast with naturli spread
L: pepper stuffed with bulgar wheat, tomatoes, olives and butter beans, salad, foccacia bread, butternut squash, vegan chocolate pot and tangerine with water to drink
D: will be tapas and wine (going out!)

Breakfast today : overnight oats with almond milk and blueberries
Lunch: baked beans on homemade brown toast with chilli oil.
Dinner: Will be, Vegan Tom Yum soup and an apple.

Today I've had -
B- bowl of shreddies. Banana..2 cups of tea.
S- vegan choc chip cereal bar. Tea..pint if water.
L- cheese salad beetroot sandwich, satsuma..cup of tea.
D- pizza ( from iceland, added some toppings) with chips and salad.
Will probably have a snack later - I always do!

I would like to be well again, I’m eating crap food

B: turmeric and banana porridge
L: loads of hummus and loads of vegan cheese
D: tried some of DC pasta and it was pretty soft so I managed it ok. Then ate half a tub of pistachio ice cream.
S: just had a hot honey and lemon drink

Love reading everyone's ideas. PirateShip I feel in the circumstances you are eating really well! Give yourself some slack, it must be very tough.

Yesterday was
B: fruit, seeds, and ground linseed, chia and almonds with soya milk
L: chickpea "tuna" salad, cold nut roast and vegenaise (so yum)
D: hummus, vine leaves, felafel, baked tofu
S: raw veg, coconut collab choc pot

Today I've had
B- marmite and hummus on toast ( not together I hasten to add😂) 2 cups of tea..pint of water.
L - chickpea tuna salad wrap. Pickles. Satsuma. Cup of tea.
S - another tea and bag of hula hoops.
For dinner, I'm having a Linda mac burger with cheese salad and mayo with spicy wedges.

L: chickpea masala
S: picked at bits and pieces of icing and cake I was making and decorating for DS’s birthday, handful of cashews
D: waiting on a tofu larb salad and Thai green curry to arrive

Was pretty awesome - I also had a beer and coffee for the first time in 2 weeks. So pathetic though, was only on mushy food for 10 days, have a friend about to have surgery which she’ll be in 6-8weeks of recovery for and mainly mushy food all that time Sad

Yesterday
Toast with marmite and tea for breakfast.
Tea and biscuits with the kids after junior park run.
Lunch at a pub- nut roast, stuffing, Yorkie puds roast parsnips and potatoes, loads of veg and gravy. Black currant and raspberry sorbet for pud. 2 x non alcoholic beers
Then had a few crumpets with butter and cheese with some cherry tomatoes and 2 cups of tea.

D: bean and leek stew
S: alpro yogurt, toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds, satsuma, more vegan baklava, though the tin is luckily now empty so that's the last of that Grin

Yesterday
Cherry yoghurt with oats nuts and fruit.
Marmite rice cakes with hummus mixed salad and veg sticks.
Mushroom veggie stir fry with noodles in hoisin plum sauce.
Snacks over the course of the day - apple,2 satsumas, a mince pie, packet of prawn cocktail crisps. 5 cups of tea.
