I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

What vegan yoghurt do people recommend? I miss dairy yoghurt, I bought some Light & Free Oat yoghurt but don't really like it.

I live in the US so the brands/one I get from the farmers market isn’t available in the U.K. but on the whole cashew yoghurt has been much more successful in our house than any other type

I just use Tesco own make plain soya yoghurt then add my own things into it.
I like whizzing it up with frozen berries and some maple syrup.
It can also be used as a savoury base that way too. Great alternative for soured cream with chilli.

I like alpro for yoghurt. The zero sugars plain one is my usual one, which I use for overnight oats, fruit/oats/yoghurt combinations as well as cooking and savoury things like raita. I don't but buy fruit yoghurts much, but thought the alpro cherry was decent. I bought the oatley Greek yoghurt last week after seeing positive reviews but I'm a bit meh about it as it has a similar after taste to the oatley creme fraiche, which is not my favourite

Yesterday was

L: melon, miso and chilli mushrooms on wholemeal toast
S: nectarine, 2 plums, vegan M&M type things
D: roasted tomato, pepper and artichoke panzanella (roasted with chunks of sourdough on the top). Another good one from the Green Roasting Tin

Then I had late night munchies and had 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and kimchi followed by some salted cashews...

B: coffee with cooked breakfast (1 sausage 1 hash brown, mushrooms, beans, slice of wholemeal toast and brown sauce.

L: udon noodles, broccoli and tofu with teriyaki miso sauce and a spring roll with sweet chilli sauce

Mid afternoon: tea and 3 choc chip hob nobs (after a big walk)

D: aubergine curry with naan bread and small samosa and pickles with a large glass of wine.

L: 2 small pears, crackers and 'cheese'
S: chocolate type bar (prodigy, quite nice)
D: hm mushroom and veg pie with peas, carrots, green beans, roasted cauliflower, butternut, celeriac and gravy

L: mixed veg curry and rice
D: big salad, sweet potato and burger with literally everything in it Grin

L: pasta with tomato sauce courgettes, sundries tomato and 3 pieces of garlic bread. Iceland melt in the middle choc pudding with strawberries and a spoonful of peanut butter ice cream for dessert.

D: broccoli and teriyaki tofu with brown rice, miso sauce and spring roll and sweet chilli sauce, melon for afters

Now: gin and tonic with lime and coriander poppadom crisps

Lots of food but a 2 hour walk mid afternoon!
The Japanese lunch sounds amazing. My kind of food!

L: peanut butter & banana sandwich
Snack: 3 x raspberries, orange, apple, carrot sticks, small handful of grapes
D: homemade lentil and tomato soup with bread for dunking

L: sweet potato cooked in a spicy peanut sauce, wholemeal rice and broccoli
S: small pear, nectarine
D: black bean chilli, rice, Mexican Sweetcorn, beetroot, avocado and vegan sour cream

B: cornflakes and oat milk, sesame bagel with marmite and orange juice and coffee
L: Clive's tomato and lentil tart with side salad of spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and roasted tamari seeds, dessert of homemade wholewheat banana pancakes (with linseed for omega) with ice cream, chocolate spread and strawberries
D: puy lentil and smoked tofu with shallots, courgette and red pepper.
S: chipsticks, 3 booja booja truffles and small bowl of Bombay mix and evening gin and tonic

As usual a lot of food but small portions and a lot of exercise!

yesterday
B. Porridge with oat milk amd stewed apples and stewed dried prunes that were cooked with cinnamon. Topped with cocnit flakes and chopped hazelnuts.

L. Pea, mint and cannaleni bean soup with 2 slices of gf bread with vegemite and cucumber.

D. Spaghetti with a mushroom and chestnut creamy sauce.

S. Trail mix

THAT'S how you spell cannellini beans!! I read mine about 8 times and new it wasn't right but couldn't for the life of me figure out what was wrong! Grin
