Can we please have a 'What I ate today' thread, vegan style?

I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

L: chopped up salad of avocado, Sweetcorn, beetroot, cucumber and artichoke hearts with dressing from the artichoke jar and mixed seeds
D: Richmond sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, spinach, baked beans, tomato* and a slice of toast
S: 2 plums, nectarine, kimchi, 1 chocolate lime sweet

*I bought a box of Isle of Wight tomatoes from Ocado last week and they have been lush. Tonight was the large yellow beefsteak tomato

B: blueberries and alpro greek yoghurt
Mid morning: oat milk cappuccino from Caffe Nero
L: garlicky mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach on toast (again)
D: Roasted veg (aubergine, courgette, fennel, peppers, onions and tomatoes) with couscous

B: Jus Rol pain au chocolat and coffee
L: Pizza Express Giardinera pizza (at home) cherryade
Mid afternoon: earl grey tea and two jammy Dodgers
D: itsu bao buns with sweet chilli sauce and a cucumber and edemame bean brown rice salad with miso chilli ginger dressing and kimchee
Probably a G&T shortly....

S: 2 small pears and a plum
D: miso aubergine and tofu (another fab one from the green roasting tin) with rice, broccoli and green beans

L: veggie sushi, a couple of the kids' chips, fruit salad with nectarines, grapes, strawberries, swedish glace ice cream cone
D: lentil and veg soup with bread, naturli and violife cheese, salad with lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, grilled peppers, tomatoes, olives and cucumber with a glass of white wine
S: nut cereal bar

L: miso aubergine and tofu traybake with rice, broccoli and green beans (the other half of last nights dinner)
D: salad with lettuce, beetroot, cucumber, artichoke hearts and fried gnocchi with herb sauce
S: strawberries, cherries, small portion of Sweetcorn salad that needed eating up, ombar cocomylk buttons, salted lentil chips

Yesterday was

B: strawberries, mango, toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel thin with violife cream cheese
L: big salad of lettuce, cucumber, radishes, beetroot, olives and artichoke hearts with 2 small pieces of buttered French stick
D: baked aubergine and tomato with freekah and a chilli/coriander/lemon dressing, and garlic bread. Biscoff cheesecake for pudding (plus some more of it when DD came home from being out, will be making that again Grin)

L: vegan nicoise salad (new potatoes, green beans, little gem lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and capers)
D: Veggie soup (canellini beans, tomatoes, carrot, courgette, onion, spinach, lots of herbs) with seeded sourdough bread

B/L: 2 hash browns, 1 shroomdog sausage, veg black pudding, spinach, roast cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, reggae sauce and a slice of toast with naturli. And about a gallon of tea with a splash of soya milk
S: mango, cherries
D: veg and tofu ramen (spring greens, edamame, Sweetcorn and sesame roasted sweet potato) and 1 x Linda McCartney pork bao bun. Coffee, brandy and a handful of dark chocolate covered cherries for pudding

Been a bit awol, apologies!

L: leftovers of DS burrito filling (onion, cabbage, garlic, tofu, pinto beans and chipotle in adobo) and leftover of DD’s mung bean soup 🙄
D: Greek feast: hm pita bread, dolmas, olives, Greek salad, fasolakia, carrot kofte, hummus. Followed by tiramisu fundge bites and fresh figs

D: higgedy creamy mushroom and kale pie with gravy and a HUGE plate of veg (roast cauliflower and butternut, spring greens, green beans, carrots and peas - kept finding things that needed eating up 😂)

L: roasted veg and pesto wrap, lentil chips, sparkling water (Tesco meal deal)
D: Stir fried broccoli, mushrooms and tofu with noodles. Strawberries, blueberries and alpro greek yoghurt for pudding.

B: slice of wholemeal toast with naturli spread and jam with coffee (with oat milk).
L: slice of wholemeal toast with a third of a tin of beans and glass of orange juice. Half a slice of chocolate cheesecake from waitrose pack of two.
D: small salad of cucumber, tomato, olives and a few cubes of violife cheese with a bit of houmous.

@IJumpedAboardAPirateShip have recently stepped on the scales too and have seen my bloated side profile at a relative's house in a full length mirror (we don't have one)...hence today's much smaller amount of food! Trying to cut out snacks and cut seriously down on booze. Had already bought the cheesecake though so....
