I am not convinced. Both of them have fairly fiery tempers, as has been documented frequently, and both of them, due to their hereditary positions, are unaccustomed to being contradicted or in situations that are not being controlled for them. To be clear, I don't think a fiery temper is a bad thing, just something that needs to be managed and used to good purpose. But I think that the level of entitlement that H has shown, which has only become apparent since he abandoned the advice of the MIGS, is unlikely to be absent in either C3 or W.
Of course, we only see any of them in public, so for KC3 and PW that is when they are on duty. None of us can say what they are like at home, though I'd be interested to know how reliable the sources are that have been 'documenting frequently' the fiery tempers. A lot of media have been running stories of rifts between monarch and heir, with no actual evidence when a closer look is taken.
However, it is a little unreasonable to suggest that their behaviour away from the MIGS may be similar to Harry's. There were already stories of Harry drunkenly falling out of cars, assaulting photographers, pushing women into ponds at house parties, assaulting a musician (drummer?) - all before he left the advice of the MIGS.
The behaviour was already there - it has just become more obvious now.
