I was out all day and it's taken some catching up.

IF the children are going to the same school as the Tindall children I would imagine the Tindalls are mightily pissed off.
They probably try to keep their kids as normal and low key as possible, and now suddenly their cousins who are part of an international circus arrive at their school bringing attention to them as well.
And what do the Tindall kids do at school around these newly arrived estranged cousins? It's going to be awkward for the kids: we saw your granddad at Christmas why weren't you there? We've been on holiday in scotland with your other cousins you've never met, but you couldnt come because our parents dont talk to your parents etc etc?
Feels like unecessarily dragging the Tindall kids into complex family dynamcs.
I agree. IF they have enrolled them in the same school as the Tindalls I would be hopping mad (if I was a Tindall). It's borderline stalking and shamelessly using the children as a trojan horse. I believe both Lilibet an the youngest Tindall, Lucas where born in 2021 (June and March respectively) so there is every possibility they may be in the same class unless the school is big enough to have several classes per year group, anyway they will be in the same year.
Zara and Mike will have to be so careful - whatever they say, or reply by text can be stored and used against them.
Meghan "Hi Zara, Lilibet is so looking forward to starting school, it would be lovely if she and Lucas could get together before term starts so they have a friend. How about bringing him over for tea tomorrow?"
Zara "Sorry I will be mucking out the horses".
Meghan "Don't you have grooms to do that? Anyway H has nothing to do so he can drive over and collect Lucas"
Zara "No, sorry, Lucas likes to help muck out the horses"
Meghan "Oh well Lilibet loves horses, she'd love to learn how to do some mucking out. Shall I have the nanny drop her off at three?"
Later, as told to Omid Scobie "Can you believe - she put poor little Lilibet, dressed in her best ballet shoes, to work mucking out the horses!!! She's lucky to be alive. Those horses bite and kick you know. And not even a scone with cream and As Ever strawberry spread on afterwards".
