There are so many claims in the reports I’ve read it’s making my head spin and I’m not sure what to believe, the whole situation is just so incredibly odd, first we have the decision to move back was done on a whim after their holiday to the UK, but the Times article says it’s been planned for months, the move was for an extended period hence the children being enrolled in schools here, now it may be for six months and they may move to Australia or Canada, Meghan has a new acting role in Britain hence the big move, now there is no acting role (so why move??) Harry’s visa is the reason they’ve had to leg it or he will be in the slammer, it’s a form of separation and Meghan will be barely in the country, have I missed anything?

Yes.
They are pretty much doing a moonlit flit because of Heritage Foundation/Harrys ‘lies’ on visa re drugs.
Sorry -just saw you had that . Watching telly and typing on iPad at the same time is not the greatest idea,

I'm very dubious about Portugal being their ultimate destination.

I still think Meghan would be happier in the US. My opinion only of course, no I wasn't in the room with them, that would be a silly thing to think...

But if Harry's going to be in the UK for a while and Meghan's living in their "international bases" (say what now?), what's happened to Salt and Pepper and the wonky palm tree that's "us, my love".

Is Meghan to be fox-less for long periods?

I'm sure Marcus will step up.

I actually find it easy to believe . Meghan cares about one person - Meghan .

It's very Undine Spragg behaviour. I'm still going with a rushed decision due to visa/tax/charity finance investigations reasons, which will conveniently also involve a conscious uncoupling. Harry and the children here. Meghan back in California much of the time "for her business". This will also allow them to quietly sell of the big white elephant mansion with 16 bathrooms that they can't afford and downsize to a small pied a Terre - "with Harry and the children in the UK I just need a little place to rest my head".

If, whilst she is roaming California on her own, she manages to snag an ageing billionaire then she may find the money is more attractive than the title and her whiny fox.

StartupRepair · Yesterday 22:59

Presumably Meghan will need her own security while she flits around the international bases . Aka looking at a warehouse full of expiring jam.

I wonder how long before they fall out with the Spencers? Charles seems pretty selfish and volatile in his personal relationships.
I'd like to see a thorough investigation into the trolling of the Sussex Squad particularly in relation to Catherine's illness and their close links with and ongoing support from the Hams.

BigWillyLittleTodger · Yesterday 23:07

Harry’s not a popular chap is he, the security article in the mail has 8.7k comments and after scanning a couple of pages people are raging at his demands of “ a drop in the ocean” costs the the British tax payer.

I was out all day and it's taken some catching up.
From the previous thread:

IF the children are going to the same school as the Tindall children I would imagine the Tindalls are mightily pissed off.
They probably try to keep their kids as normal and low key as possible, and now suddenly their cousins who are part of an international circus arrive at their school bringing attention to them as well.
And what do the Tindall kids do at school around these newly arrived estranged cousins? It's going to be awkward for the kids: we saw your granddad at Christmas why weren't you there? We've been on holiday in scotland with your other cousins you've never met, but you couldnt come because our parents dont talk to your parents etc etc?
Feels like unecessarily dragging the Tindall kids into complex family dynamcs.

I agree. IF they have enrolled them in the same school as the Tindalls I would be hopping mad (if I was a Tindall). It's borderline stalking and shamelessly using the children as a trojan horse. I believe both Lilibet an the youngest Tindall, Lucas where born in 2021 (June and March respectively) so there is every possibility they may be in the same class unless the school is big enough to have several classes per year group, anyway they will be in the same year.

Zara and Mike will have to be so careful - whatever they say, or reply by text can be stored and used against them.
Meghan "Hi Zara, Lilibet is so looking forward to starting school, it would be lovely if she and Lucas could get together before term starts so they have a friend. How about bringing him over for tea tomorrow?"
Zara "Sorry I will be mucking out the horses".
Meghan "Don't you have grooms to do that? Anyway H has nothing to do so he can drive over and collect Lucas"
Zara "No, sorry, Lucas likes to help muck out the horses"
Meghan "Oh well Lilibet loves horses, she'd love to learn how to do some mucking out. Shall I have the nanny drop her off at three?"

Later, as told to Omid Scobie "Can you believe - she put poor little Lilibet, dressed in her best ballet shoes, to work mucking out the horses!!! She's lucky to be alive. Those horses bite and kick you know. And not even a scone with cream and As Ever strawberry spread on afterwards".

Oh lord, what a horrible scenario. Look what erupted when Catherine wouldn't hold hands with Meg at Wimbledon and the lip gloss fiasco

basketolympia · Yesterday 23:25

I think spending regular time in a different country to Harry ‘for business reasons’, will give Meghan an opportunity to find his replacement.
Maybe she has someone lined up already; that would be another reason to make the move happen quickly.

He is as I said on the other thread a numptycunt.

I am interested to see what Ravec will say. As @bluegreygreen says he is now essentially a non working member of the RF - none of whom get taxpayer funded security. I suppose he will think the bespoke arrangement he had has set a precent. But that was on the basis of relatively infrequent visits with good notice.
Ravec will decide , but I don't think it will help his popularity if he insists on this.

Its posts like this, dreaming up bizarre scenarios, that make people think MN is nuts when it comes to H&M.

I think H&M are deluded, self important wankers, but some of the posts on here are truly ludicrous.

He hasn't even moved back and the RAVEC nonsense is starting. He must have the hide of a rhino. He is beyond shameless. He's fleeing US after a string of failures. He's in the hole for millions with ANL, Sentabale on the horizon, questions over his US Visa, questions over his charity endeavours and arriving back to the UK with absolutely NOTHING to offer !!!!!
