No idea. The Times is extremely reputable and will have many sources, given its status amongst newspapers. So there will be a source. But, no way of the public being certain.

Wonder what the next polls on Royalty will be! I bet Charles’ popularity takes a huge nose dive after this!

I think they will have chosen the school that the Tindall children attend so they can piggy back on the most popular non working royal family. We know H wants everything that W has, so he will want A and L in with the Tindall children.

Always a strategy with HAM

The press are going to have a field day. They've already started rehashing old stories and reminding everyone of the things the Sussexes have said in the past. We will have rival court stories and endless comparison but none of it means anything. There aren't rival courts, there is the working royal family, and minor royal celebrities. There is no comparison in power, influence or status between the two. It's just the press riling readers up for clicks and comments.

A lot of noise around expenses around archwell and Ingriftus. Will be interesting to see if this is all covered up

She can’t act her way out of a carrier bag! , apparently her cameo was dropped because it wasn’t convincing!! …she can’t even act as herself!

Perhaps the mad dash back is due to health reasons, after all the NHS wont be costing the huge amount health care is in the US- perhaps it was their insurance co that was insisting on 24/7 security and if its something awful, they will be better off here, so the dc are near family.

School fees can be paid from a trust. The trust might specify UK education. The trustees might have decided not to release money from trusts anymore, to protect the fortune for future generations in the UK. Who knows? :)

I imagine then sneering at the british public, laughing at the little people as they double down on the grifting as rhough we should all be tugging our forelocks. And in public, acting all matey and smiley.

They left the UK without a sensible plan and now seem to be returning without sufficient planning.

I think Harry makes rash decisions, borne out of unstable emotions which he later regrets.

I hope this decision doesn't lead to a decade of whinging about the UK. They are coming back as the UK heads into Autumn/Winter which will be a culture shock for them all.

I really hope the fuss dies down. The media are giving it all so much airtime. I’d love it if the news outlets just stopped reporting and giving it column inches. They are feeding the idea that HaM are important.

I really hope we don't see first day of school photos from the Sussexes. The Wales family do them as part of the social contract between monarchy and public. The Sussexes have no constitutional role, like the Tindalls, Yorks and Edinburghs, none of whose children are seen except at Christmas going to church.

Rebecca English, in The Mail this morning, has written an article which makes it very clear there is no way back to official duties and that the King is adamant about this. I've always found her well sourced.
