I honestly don't know either way, but their turnover of staff has always been remarkable, and then there's the question of whether they can pay them

And yes Charles could certainly fund them in California (and IMO probably has been doing) but it's now said that for whatever reason they want to be here

Unless they really are doing it for Netflix content the whole thing makes no sense at all, but doubtless more will emerge in time

This should be a non issue as they are private citizens but no doubt this is the next drama HAM will bring with them

I said it in a previous thread, but they are young (in terms of life expectancy), just mid 40’s. There could be another 40 years of this / must Charles (and subsequently William) shell out millions every year to keep them in the style to which they are accustomed. (As well as paying for AMW who probably has another couple of decades to go). What are they going to do for the next forty years? How can they pay even part of their expenses with no job?

BBC news reporting (TV) that Meehan is going back to acting and has a role filming in the UK.

And moving from California to the Cotswolds is rather a strange move for an actress!

Interesting - agree it’s possible PH has possibly agreed to some deal - but their announcement went quite far with a statement that MM would be leading her businesses from international bases - so she’s basically not going to be here - guessing PH said yes and MM said no to a deal with KC3 ….. or there is no deal and they are here on their own steam doing a NF fly on the wall but that doesn’t make sense if MM is not in the country with her DC and PH.

BBC TV said it had been reported in Australia and not denied……could be a bit part to provide cover for their return. Maybe she is playing herself in a new season of The Crown…

I think they had a cataclysmic, wine-fuelled row at the weekend, during the course of which the ‘humiliated’ Duchess (in response to all the ‘Harry will visit every few months’ chatter) may have shouted, ‘Well why don’t we just move back there?! I’ll phone your dad right now and tell him, shall I? And do you think you’re the only one who can leak to the press?’

And that was that, and now they are scrabbling about trying to make it look like it was a deliberate decision and shouting, ‘Fuck, fuck, fuck!’ and trying to buy a suitable house (sight unseen) over the internet, and choosing the kids’ school at total random. There will be a lot of door-banging and venomous muttering, no doubt.

How Prince Harry’s return complicates the royal balance of power. Times are pumping out articles but they are behind a paywall so putting them here for anyone to read. Lots of rehashing but stuff slowly emerging maybe.
