GBNews are reporting that Harry and Megan are moving back to the UK at the end of August.

I won't believe it until I hear it on the BBC.

OP posts:

Another defender of a family of child groomers and looters.

Next.

Not at all! I'm quite pedantic though, I'll admit.

Can anyone really expect to claim the moral high ground and resort to calling a woman haggard faced at the same time?!

Exactly!

NeelyOHara · Today 09:45

AoifeRua · Today 09:09

It isn't top of my agenda to explain and whys and hows.

Course it isn’t.

Exactly!

Yes, that post did take an unexpected turn mid way through 😆

AoifeRua · Today 09:45

Rubbish.
The King -whether he has years left or not- is a very hard worker who, like his mother will die with his boots on.
Do you think H&M are here to spend oodles of time with him??
What makes you think he wants to spend much time with them??
IF the King is very unwell he will want to spend his spare time with Camilla, his garden, his friends, reading, the Wales and the family members he loves -Princess Anne, Sarah Chatto.
Why you think he will be welcoming masses of time with his nasty, lying disloyal son and his awful, lying, boring wife is beyond me.

What labour/work does he do?

Could you elaborate on how he earns his money on a 40 hour week basis that the rest of the British are expected to do?

Don’t you think that Charles was a victim of the system as it seems that he was pretty much pressurised to take a virgin bride who was acceptable. Times were different back in the 1970s and early 1980s and we forget that. I’m sure the he would have preferred to marry Camilla to begin with but that was not allowed as she would be divorced.

One thing the RF must learn is to allow marriage for love.

No. She married Andrew as Charles hadn't asked. They could have married first.

panomara · Today 09:47

Some of the comments here are hilarious, as if anyone in the RF cares what you think or do or say about them. As long as the money keeps rolling in for the least amount of effort, you don't matter to them at all.

And for people to get riled up and judge and comment is futile and is ridiculous, but shallow lives mean shallow comments.

I am enjoying reading how annoyed and vitriolic some are about the big return, and I mean, who would care that much about strangers? It's so odd to me.

Princessfluffy · Today 09:47

I would absolutely hate for my child to be in a class with Harry’s kids. Imagine the drama of anything involving parental interaction. Shudder. It would certainly put me off a school.

A lot of people are definitely horrible and there’s a huge amount of racism in this country so they’re not wrong!

As there is all over the world, particularly in the US. They weren’t the victims they claim they were and now they’ve fallen out of favour over there they’ve come back here because it wasn’t that bad after all apparently.

AoifeRua · Today 09:50

Recklessismymiddlename · Today 09:24

TBH If Camilla can be rehabilitated then I think anyone can.

@AoifeRua if you are really unhappy here, why don’t you return to Ireland? I’m an eu dual national (thank you Brexit) and flit between the two. Retired now. House in both countries. I happen to prefer the U.K. as I went to school here, but my roots are the EU country. I see good and bad of both. No country is perfect, just saying …

Meaning you obviously practically were raised here if you went to school here

True, and nobody has claimed perfection

I am astounded by an obsession here with a Royal family. Bowing and geneflecting to a family, who historically were participants in murders, theft and genocide of countries that didn't belong to them.

The most strange behaviour to witness.

no comment from W & K
rather telling

Bit silly to think there would be.

Yes. I think sadly it's coming to the end for Charles. I actually feel sorry for Meghan. Why on earth would they come back to the UK? She was treated appallingly and will be stalked by the Dailymail. The only reason they do this is to spend some time with Charles . But I am glad they have reconciled.

That was said with full certainty, not even pondered as a question.
So tell me, was it H or M that told you and are they happy for you to share it on here?

Well you care because you are here commenting

I wonder what they’ll do to stop getting bored. There won’t be any royal duties for them so what will they do all day?
The video of Harry on the “escape flight” when they left the uk has resurfaced again. They were supposedly running from danger so what has changed?

Diamond7272 · Today 09:51

SereneFinch · Yesterday 22:20

Hopefully it means an improving relationship with his father and brother, which will be nice for all of them.

Yes, bet the princess of Wales is delighted to see him again after all the nasty things he said about her.

He's like a boring, slightly creepy uncle who your husband used to see at Christmas every year. Be polite, then hope he goes away...

Clearly old Harry needs money to pay for litigation bills after losing the privacy case in the High Court. Everything they tried in America failed, his cachet is flat there... The Americans have got to know him... And have decided they don't like him.
So they money has dried up.

Back to UK, with kids ready for prep school soon :)

Looking forward to the boos (they deserve it).

Hardly anyone is a royalist that I know? Maybe it’s just the circles you move in. The only time I think of them is when they are in the news, like today,

Puzzledandpissedoff · Today 09:53

if I were any of the RF I would keep my distance and keep in with William

So would I, @Mylovelygreendress, but since William's very wisely saying nowt there's no way of knowing his views on H&M's possible return, or what he's said and to who behind the scenes

TBH I'd be amazed if he did support this, but stranger things have happened and I don't imagine that those saying "W&K will be furious" have heard it from them

WouldYouLikeAnyToast · Today 09:54

ShedShedShed · Today 03:26

They mention trump too... And Putin eyc
H&M are of national interest... Doesn't mean they're popular.

What, using hashtag #Trump on say a Kier Starmer or an Andy Burnham article? That's the equivalent of what I'm talking about.
No they don't.

NeelyOHara · Today 09:54

Was it Kate that was rumoured to have made the comment about what their baby might look like or Camilla? I forget.

AoifeRua · Today 09:45

Get a grip.
He does a LOT more than 40 hrs a week - the Red Boxes alone take between 2-4 hrs per day, every day of the week excluding Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.
You hate it here, you hate all of us, you hate the RF yet here you are on the RF boards slagging off everyone and everything British . You sound like Meghan.
If you want to know what the Monarch does look it up yourself.

And, FYI, nobody has to curtsey/bow to the Monarch & working royals. Nobody.
It’s choice whether or not the individual chooses to do so.

That is a whataboutery defense.

Diluting a fact that the level of racism and a person's valid experience of racism with defenses such as "That happens everywhere" is the fuel racism burns on.

Nah , they are too self centred for that . I suspect it’s for financial reasons .

Agreed!

Ha, I'm commenting about the commentators not the RF or any member of it, I don't care about any of them. There's a huge difference.
