This is often used as evidence that Harry needs security now, but that interview is 4 years old, and even then he was talking about the past. Threat levels change, it’s why they assess every time he comes. Someone tried to kidnap Anne but it doesn’t mean she needs 24/7 security because that particular threat is no longer a concern.

Because he has insinuated in the past he wouldn't stay in family accommodation due to security concerns and stayed in a hotel instead its all pivot spin turn twist
