Look at her boobs in the blue velvet dress @PullTheBricksDown has posted, then compare to the beige and black sundress in Nigeria.
Im not trying to be a bitch but she’s barely a AA cup in the sundress -yet other times she’s got a good sized bust. I just think it’s veryvery odd.

She clearly can find things that suit her figure but completely ignores that. It’s very strange. And is slightly obsessed with wanting to show skin off, I don’t know if it’s to hang on to the sexy actress persona.

The dress at the christening was peak arsehole behaviour.

I think she had a gorgeous, petite figure but she seems very thin and frail looking now.

She had implants in Deal or No Deal era but must have had them removed. Fair enough.

Agree the navy blue looks above are very good on her.

I think she is pathologically unable to follow rules/instructions, and would have found it intolerable to be further down the pecking order than other royals at big events. I suspect she would also feel very uncomfortable with someone like Pippa Middleton. That’s why she has to do something to rebel against what she’s been told, asserting herself and sticking two fingers up at others in a situation in which they can’t do much about it.

It’s hard for ‘normal’ people to understand this. Look at that weird behaviour at the PoW Investiture exhibition thing when H&M weren’t supposed to be there and some palace aides practically broke into a run to stop them just sauntering into the room with the more senior royals. Calling their daughter Lilibet was another example of this behaviour. Asking Catherine for lipgloss a much smaller example of the same thing. It’s aggressive, defiant boundary-trampling and it’s a clear pattern with Meghan.

Looking back, this also makes me wonder about the discussion around Catherine and Charlotte in H&M’s wedding pics, that it looked like she’d be about 12 feet tall if she stood up. I didn’t pay attention at the time but now wonder if they were photoshopped in or something.

I agree. My favourite picture of her was taken after the Christening when she was walking to the next stage of things. She had the wee one lying in her arms and was gazing down at him adoringly. It was pure love and happiness captured in a photo and I still think about it years later.

The number of times they have been caught telling major lies is astounding and demonstrates a total lack of self-awareness. Near catastrophic car chase, anyone?

The reality is that if they didn’t do faux royal tours or pretend to be home cooks, they would fade from public view almost entirely. I’m in Australia and you probably saw the lacklustre responses to their visit. Barricades for a couple dozen people maybe? Trampling over beach goers at Bondi. Trotting out sick kids for a photo op. There is very little respect or interest here in what they do.

Just someone who has a different opinion. Both families have the agency to decide on what they want to share about their children. H&M were very clear what they meant about privacy and people ignore it anyway and want to beliece it means not sharing any pictures.

But of course lets just avoid those facts.

The worst was when she was at an event with the queen, an extreme privilege in itself given how new she was to the family at the time, and she simply refused to let the queen get in to a car before her. She literally barged her way in front of her despite aides attempting to stop her. Completely rude and bizarre behaviour. I can't imagine any normal person with manners doing that to any eldery relative, let alone the actual queen.

I think the blue dress was pre-kids. Some women shrink after kids and breast feeding.

I’m interested in the psychology of why she is like this. She reminds me of a teenage girl who has never moved beyond the defiant stage. I agree she is incapable of behaving in a way that doesn’t make her front and centre of any situation. She does have a total inability to understand social mores or hierarchy . She needs to be the dominant person in every situation and with every person however senior. It’s beyond bizarre.

Im pretty sure what happened was explained at the time as the late Queen telling MM to enter the car first as the Queen preferred to sit behind the driver.

I agree completely: Catherine's face radiated joy, contentment and love. It struck me that I couldn't remember such a doting maternal expression. Was lovely to see.

They share pictures because they want publicity and they are trying to earn money. These images geverate interest for them as part of their quasi royal lifestyle.
Most celebrities keep their children totally private and we rarely see their images or any details.

I think it's a shame that they can't earn money, stay in the headlines and drum up interest by other means.

They could always get a job like other people instead of trying to earn a fortune from doing very little except promote their own vapid nonsense.

You'd think! That's obvious to the rest of us - the problem is that they want a *royal" life. So we get the visits and the tours and the promotion of Lilibet as if one day she'll be the Princess Royal.

I actually thought she dressed really well during her short tenure in the RF, her ex friend was styling her then and most of the outfits suited her body shape.

It was all high end designer stuff and bespoke.
She did look good in the early days, the right choices were made with bright, jewel colours and some good styles. No beige and no creasing.

Meghan felt the historic societal rules of the family she had married into just didn't apply to her. She has an aura of immense self-worth and innate confidence that is mindblowing and appears to bounce back from every failure or setback as though there's some protective force field - a lot of people would have been broken by the sheer volume of negativity that is directed at her (and I'm not saying it is undeserved). 'Hit the ground running' was a huge red flag when she used it and this does seem to be her MO in life.

And why are you continuing to compare the Sussexes to the Wales? You previously said such a comparison didn't 'matter' and as several posters have pointed out, it's a completely inappropriate comparison anyway, because the Wales family have an actual constitutional role. The Sussexes don't, 'chief of staff' and 'global press secretary' aside.

I don't think that's true at all. Quite the opposite. I see her sense of 'self-worth' and 'confidence' as closely linked to external approval, so not 'innate' at all. That's why she claps back at every single little thing.

I don't think that's due to 'confidence' though. More to a complete lack of introspection and reflection. Everyone else is wrong. Never her. Unfortunately her husband seems to share the same characteristics.
