Meghan and Harry the grift that keeps on grifting. Long may they continue. Better than any soap opera on the telly.

I honestly don't believe they would have thrived if they stayed in the RF. They are not grafters. They would never have accepted being second to Will and C and they have absolutely nothing to offer

Agree. Bad apples in the barrel .

It’s so interesting, the timing of the reemergence of the H+M fans on these threads.

Nice pics from Trooping around, KC3 in full military regalia plus what look like homemade friendship bracelets 🙂

I guess headlines like “The Cameras Love Prince George, Princess Charlotte And Prince Louis” and “The Princess Of Wales Channeled Her Late Mother-in-law Princess Diana At The Annual Parade” must sting a bit in Montecito 😬

And because her business is going down the pan so publicly, tough times for the fans, hence the personal attacks here.

BasiliskStare · 13/06/2026 18:24

It is a bit Aesop - or indeed Shakespearean - the fatal flaw . Which just could be why Shakespeare has lasted and why many find H&M interesting.

I actually cannot believe her doing AND saying that! 🙈

What is she saying ? First time I looked I thought she was joking it's not her baby. Now I've looked again is she saying it's not Harry's baby with her friend ? What a bizarre woman.

I think it this point it's anything for the clicks, isn't it? So desperate.

This is a very wealthy (and in love) good looking young couple living their best life with their two kids in sunny Santa Barbara (California), this 44 year old woman (who comes from quite a modest background) has gracefully capitalized her fame (and the hatred) by creating a lifestyle company making 22 million dollars per year. She's had the balls to give her diamond studded middle finger to a misoginistic and racist centuries old British institution and sue the Murdoch tabloids in between face exfoliations.

Little Englands seems to be obsessed with her while yelling "who does she think she is?!" "why did she not follow the rules and became an unhappy tabloid fodder princess Diana tragic figure like she was meant to be?"

"Crab mentality" (google it) comes to mind when I read these MN threads. Some introspection on why are we so obsessed and full of hatred for Megan and Harry as a nation would be a good start.

Edited

“Living their best life….” You need to have a word with MM herself as her most recent pronouncement was “this has been the worst seven years of my life.”

Which version is it - the one from the actual horses mouth? Or yours?

That image of Meghan with the baby is crass beyond belief. Not only is it a shitty thing to say, it's completely intended to put those who 'troll' her (i.e. have an opinion on her behaviour) in their place. The syntax is odd 'We know I love a ginger' and 'Let me stop you before they start'. She seems to think other people's first reaction to this photo would be to think his wife was kissing a child Harry has fathered. Unhinged.
She could have posted the same image with some stupid remark about snuggles with her friend's baby, but no. Let's use another person's child to try to score points. The heads of the Sussexes must be a strange place to be.

Sorry yes I see this has been raised earlier.

Of course, a lot may depend on how much rosè that horse has been drinking at the time of making the pronouncements.

I think Harry was always lazy and entitled but he got away with it because of his cheeky chappie persona.
I suspect he told Meghan that would continue and probably they could just do the bits they wanted but the time had come for him to work in some way.

Chimneyissues · 13/06/2026 19:15

How tall is Catherine in those heels as George is seriously catching up to her.

Agree. They are agitators and had basically come to the end of the road having fallen out with everyone personally and professionally in the RF and MM’s documented bullying had been witnessed and reported for a long time.

Jason Knauf wrote his first email in Oct 2018 expressing his concerns of her bullying 2 people out of their roles in the previous 12 months.

This was 6 months before the wedding.

They were on to her - so her only route out was the classic DARVO manoeuvre when the abuser is cornered and off they flounced on the racism victim card - MM having whipped up the emotions of the useful idiot PH to respond to her damsel in distress shtick. All very cliched.

Do we know that both children are at school? They could be being homeschooled - it wouldn’t surprise me.

You could be right, KnickerlessParsons; I don't pretend to know either way but it would certainly get round the issue of other parents possibly taking pictures

Whether home schooling would be in the kids' best interests is another matter though - especially kids who've been separated from so much already

AtIusvue · 13/06/2026 20:08

Megs clapback which makes zero sense. She launched the brand in 2025…not 2024. Also note they aren’t denying how bad things are, just that the press keep talking about it.

‘A rep for Markle tells Page Six: “The problem with all of these repetitive Alison Boshoff Daily Mail ‘As ever’ doom stories are that they’re like Groundhog Day: the same prediction, the same unnamed sources, the same certainty, and somehow we’re still waiting for the apocalypse they promised in 2024.”

Markle’s As Ever brand is under a tight deadline to unload all of its remaining inventory, according to a new report.

The 'young couple' narrative is always interesting. Both William and Catherine are younger than Meghan so why are they never referred to as young?

If he'd married a rich but dim girl from the home counties, for example, they could've had a lovely life.

H&M bleat about privacy while seeking the spotlight, but most parents in the Montecito area want actual privacy for their children. Many parents who are far more famous and far wealthier than H&M are genuinely security conscious so refrain from posting school pictures publicly but likely have some in their personal records.

I expect that parents would adhere to privacy standards to safeguard all the children at school including obeying strict picture taking and posting rules as it creates a safer environment for all the kids.

Not 'stay' as working royals.

But they could have been a more high profile version of the Tindalls or Phillips, who get lucrative sponsorships and magazine covers due to their royal connections. However, they aren't working royals so don't receive any public funding and thus are free to do pretty much whatever they want.

They could still have lived in California and pursued commercial interests, just paying the occasional visit to Britain and playing nice with the family. It would have been so easy, and the benefits would have been massive. Not just commercially, but in terms of keeping a good relationship with family and friends, and having their children grow up close to their British family too. But they threw it all away for nothing.

I guess the Sandringham and Balmoral holidays with cousins would have suited Harry, but not Meghan. Extended family isn’t a model she has lived or thinks has value. Plus she wants Hollywood bling and glamour, not priceless antiques and history.

Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t marry the whiny idiot, but their two worlds are very different. No wonder William thought H should slow down.

Sure, but it would only be a few weeks a year. She could think of them as 'work trips', to maintain their association with royalty. It would be an investment in her 'brand'. We've all seen that she's not very interesting or talented in her own right, and without the royal connection she's floundering big time.

Plus she wants Hollywood bling and glamour,

Millions want that. What does Meghan have to offer in return?

I agree. He should have married some posh gel with similar intellectual 'limitations' to himself. Someone who knew the way the upper classes function and had no ambitions other than to wear nice clothes and have her children wave from a carriage on Trooping.

Not that I'd want to inflict Harry on any woman of course.
