Does anyone else feel really uncomfortable about the photos the RF have put out of Charlotte today? Likewise the photo of them all lying in the sand. I feel those photos should be personal . She’s only 11, on holiday and those moments should be private.

There isn't. It's just some people seem bothered by a very short video of Charlotte, while completely unbothered by very short videos of her brothers. For the best reasons. I'm sure.

I’m struggling to believe this attitude of not showing a female in shorts exists. I understand fully some cultural and religious sects require females to be covered, but Charlotte isn’t in that category, and there is nothing wrong at all about her being in shorts in her birthday video.

A generation ago a formal portrait was enough . It was clear that it was a line up snap. Fine - but these ‘oh you just caught us laughing in the grass’ photos are trying too hard and contrived. A video of an 11 year old child is totally unnecessary .
