Reminds me of a gross subreddit I came across today where the posters are obsessed with M&H and absolutely vile about Kate. So many disgusting posts claiming she lied about her illness, she is abused by William. It’s really concerning how much time these posters have devoted to creating horrific lives for Kate and her marriage.

This is why I stick to mumsnet and stay away from Reddit!

Apparently, the VIP group photos start at 4.30pm followed by the Gala dinner at 5pm.

I'm itching to know what they serve for dinner. And why they're serving dinner at 5pm.

Fair point, although unfortunately there were some absolutely vile threads on here when Kate was ill. Remember when she was out of the public eye and getting treatment? Many of us on here challenged the most vile assertions about her and William. I won't repeat the claims, but no doubt they're still on Reddit. It was not a pleasant time.

With Meghan due at the Rugby match by 7:30 she won’t be there for long. I wonder how many of the attendees are true fans (as opposed to YouTubers etc who have sneaked in) or people who maybe thought it sounded like a great weekend. The “gala” dinner tonight is going to be a damp squib and it will be downhill from there. I wouldn’t be surprised if a significant proportion pack their bags and leave on Saturday.

I’ve followed Shauna since she started on YT. She has encyclopaedic knowledge of these two and some interesting takes on their lore and the social media machine supporting them. I hope she writes a book. She’s pals with Lownie and did a lot to promote him, so has a publisher right there. I feel this is getting to her now. She also writes a sub stack page where she works out her rage at this whole farce continuing while BP do nothing.

A "gala dinner" at 5? Really? I would have thought the pre dinner canapes and aperitivs wouldn't even have started at 5. I presume that's to accommodate the Duchess' schedule?

Add in the 'security clearance' and it all sounds a bit rushed for a supposed 'retreat' costing north of a grand.
