Eugenie has cut contact with Andrew

It’s being reported that Eugenie has cut all contact with her father, she refused to visit him at Xmas and isn’t speaking to him at all. There was a discussion on Good Morning Britain about whether this was to protect her own image or whether it’s about her own feelings around what Andrew has done and his refusal to apologise.

Beatrice is still in contact with him apparently, so will this cause an issue between them as sisters?

Is Eugenie just doing this to protect her own image or has the penny dropped that Andrew is a disgusting man and she now believes him to be guilty?

What do you think?

Yes indeed.

That was my original point 😁

They surely couldn’t claim ignorance of these particular in laws!

Why are you being so rude to @CathyorClaire? Her opinion is as valid as anyone else’s, and she is always consistent and never personal.

Reread what they said. It was rude - both in tone and also because they had not even bothered to read what they were responding to before jumping in to condescend.

I did read it ! , it wasn’t rude and was extremely clear to me , your posts however were rude and confusing.

Thanks again, jeff 🙂

It's still not clear what point is being contested or why umbrage is being taken when a response takes a similar tone to a poster's own but as I CBA with a nonsensical to and fro over something that hasn't been said I'm not planning on engaging any further.

That seems very made-up unlikely to me 😁

Just read that and I’m unconvinced too! , my take will probably be different from yours but … have we ever seen any evidence of this apparent love from Charles? , I’m not saying he’s not fond of his nieces but he has others who he’s been pictured actually hugging! 🤔
im also unimpressed by that attempt at vilification of William to garner sympathy and support for these now adult women who by all accounts are not squeaky clean either!

Talk about shutting the door after the horse has bolted! How late in the day has she left it??

I just can't understand why NOW? After her father is no longer called a prince.

If she had done it when all his gross behaviour was coming to light, I would have respected her decision. But it seems too bound up with his title loss to hold any real weight to me.

Money. It’s always about money. Either she’s scared she might lose out in some way or worried about not getting more in the future.
