Still less weird than asking an HR team - whether yours or anyone else's - if they'll let you go to hospital. And then when told they can't help you because they're not your HR team, just accepting that it must therefore be entirely impossible for you to access lifesaving care full stop, and just soldiering on best you can, hoping for the best. Rather than then asking your personal medical team if maybe they could help. Or your husband's therapist. Or any of the mental health charities you're directly involved with. Or your friends, family, staff, employees or acquaintances.

She could also, given where she was living then, have picked up the phone and accessed a free and confidential NHS advice line for mental health issues; or the Samaritans (who are very good). Also, NHS 111 had been fully rolled out in England by 2014. Harry really must have been fucking useless to have known nothing of any services whatsoever.

Such a strange thing to say - it made great Oprah headlines but who goes to "HR" and tries to shift the blame onto her husband's 93 year old grandmother rather than just pick up the phone to call her expensive private healthcare provider or the midwife/OB-GYN/Portland who were providing her maternity services?

Then you have Harry's baffling comment about being "ashamed" to raise MH issues - seemingly forgetting that he, William and Kate formed Heads Together in 2016 to destigmatize MH issues/treatment - seems he didn't understand his own charity!

Harry doesn't really understand anything. Leaving the RF has really shown just how unintelligent he really is. Unfortunately combined with a malicious streak!

Good point. My DH would say yes in case of a power cut but he just scatters those nightlight ones around the house at the start of the first October storm.

She's a couple of months too late - but it's like one of those overpriced Christmas hampers that are filled with odd products.

I haven’t tasted any of this stuff-but it seems to have had pretty crap reviews and obviously it’s risibly expensive. But I really don’t get the
aversion to flower sprinkles!

Oh she's on the ball for Valentine's Day though - blob of jam in the bottom of a glass , add some of her tea and bingo 🤮

@CurlewKate - my honest impression is people aren't against flower sprinkle per se , it's just her using them on anything and everything . (and I think the sheer price of hers ) . It's just become a running gag. I've nothing against a well placed sprinkle in its place. (Well , not just one , I admit you need a few for effect ) 😊

Yes - that was my impression - I don't think there was so much criticism when she used them on cookies and cakes - but putting them on scrambled eggs, omelettes and other savoury dishes seemed a bit yucky

Then there was the quality - the ones she used on WLM were tiny, delicate and cute - but the ones I saw on the early reviews of AS seemed huge, stringy and resembled the ones you buy as pet food! 🐹
