Another new story on Andrew today. Photo's have emerged showing that on Epstein's desk, there were emails regarding Epstein paying debts owed by Andrew/Sarah to staff:

Why on Earth was a Prince of England having his staff paid by a sex trafficker?
Doesn't seem "too honourable" to me.

Epstein Had Emails from Staff of Ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson on His Desk in Newly Shared Photos

New photos from Jeffrey Epstein's New York home appear to show an email exchange between former staffers for ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

Well shes got form with saying obnoxious things

Oh wow, hasn't she just?! I had only vaguely heard of her but your comment got me curious so I googled her and found this clanger "Hervey attracted controversy after saying, "It's so bad being homeless in winter. They should go somewhere warm like the Caribbean where they can eat fresh fish all day."

I would say she's a serious waste of brain cells but she doesn't seem to have any. No wonder her and Andrew got on so well.

Jbum · 07/02/2026 16:45

I woukd expect the rf to come and say the following:

  1. apologise for their earlier statements saying it was false and although virginia is no longee hear to apologise to her anyway (they knew it wasn't they just hoped it would never come out)

  2. to say what Andrew has done is not what the royal family and this institution stands for, Andrews activities are wrong

  3. say they are assisting with any investigation and handing things over

  4. if sophie and camilla are supporting victim abuse charities they should be making statements about it and highlighting these charities and what they do. They themselves should be coming out and saying that what Andrew has done is wrong and they support victims because they understand it through their charity work

  5. william should be stepping down as ambassador od the charity that took donations from JE even after it all came out ...how he can stay linked to that.. honestly

Andrew shoukd be made ro go purchase a home that is not linked in anyway to the rf estate. He should be cut adrift entirely.

in terms of what BP can do, it’s helpful to look at what they have not done:

-they haven’t acknowledged or taken any accountability for covering up AMW’s actions

-they haven’t apologised to Virginia Giuffre’s family or encouraged Andrew to do so

-I learnt from a Lownie podcast yesterday that the FBI have already submitted a file on AMW to the Met Police in 2022 ; no word of what has happened to that! The RF could surely encourage Andrew to assist the Met with their enquiries? Why haven’t they done that?

If Camilla and others in the RF are truly concerned about the plight of domestic abuse victims and trafficked women, and are anxious to portray that they can manage their own financial affairs with a degree of probity, I think that is the least they can do,

AnnunciataM · 07/02/2026 17:18

Haven't the FBI wanted to interview Andrew for a while? I mean, I can understand why he wouldn't want to go to the US to answer questions but if he's as innocent as he claims, then what's stopping him doing it via video link?

Thewolffromthedoor89 · 07/02/2026 17:24

All the RF have done atm is :

-taken a title away from Andrew that hasn’t really been taken away

-made him move to a house that many people doubt he will actually be living in

It’s not good enough!

The public understand that Charles needs to support him so he can live an adequately decent standard of life, so AMW doesn’t associate with, and take his begging bowl to other dodgy characters, but they need to acknowledge that he has broken the law and encourage him to face the consequences.

I don’t buy the fact that they are powerless to do anything! BP is well known for controlling people through threatened lawsuits and financial means. They just aren’t prepared to do that to one of their own, except Harry! But that is because Harry has left the fold and rather naievely opposed the RF publically.

This indicates imho that BP still considers AMW as an insider, one of them, and their so-called “punishments” are nothing of the sort really, and are just for public show.

He’s he has been avoiding them for fifteen years.

AreYouSureAskedNaomi · 07/02/2026 17:30

This is a very good point @Jbum

if sophie and camilla are supporting victim abuse charities they should be making statements about it and highlighting these charities and what they do.

I had to google what charities they support. I have no idea what impact their patronage has. It might be pointless or wonderfully positive for all that we know. Whether these two truly care about VAWG or it's all for show, this is a good PR opportunity for the RF.

But I don't think they get it. I think they feel the whole business is sordid and AMW is just a bit unfortunate and lacking discretion and decorum and basically least said soonest mended - it would be beneath them to comment. But this approach is losing them so much support.

At least we have the outcome of the Public Accounts Select Committee’s inquiry into the Crown Estates to look forward to in March/April.

‘Background
The Public Accounts Committee announced on 2 December 2025 that it will be launching an inquiry into The Crown Estate. The inquiry will be based on recent correspondence from The Crown Estate relating to leases to The Royal Household/Royal Lodge, and on our work updating our 2005 report, The Crown Estate – Property Leases with the Royal Family.
The Crown Estate is an independent commercial business, established by Parliament, responsible for managing a £15 billion portfolio of land and property on behalf of the Crown. It returns its net profit to HM Treasury and sits between the public and private sectors.
Scope
To support the inquiry, this factual review will:

  • set out The Crown Estate’s approach to letting and managing high-value residential properties
  • update on leasing arrangements for properties occupied by members of the Royal Family.’

www.nao.org.uk/work-in-progress/update-on-crown-estates-arrangements-for-royal-residential-leases/

This will be very interesting indeed.

You’d think that BP would want to try and do something about acknowledging and separating themselves from AMW’s alleged financial corruption before everyone’s focus turns to his accounts and financial and living arrangements again!

Especially given that BP’s own rules state that members of the RF “should not accept a gift that would, or might appear to, place (them) under any obligation to the donor”
Gifts offered by commercial enterprises in the UK ‘should normally be declined’ and they ‘should never accept gifts of money, or money equivalent, in connection with an official engagement or duty’.”

Rory Stewart, in his podcast with Alastair Campbell, The Rest is Politics, offers a very good description and explanation of Epstein’s methods and how he traded and leveraged money, contacts and favours for information with global bankers, business people, VIPs, celebrities, tech bods, , prominent academics, minor royalty to form a global network of reciprocal influence and favours.

It’s in the episode titled something like Mandelsohn’s disgrace.

Rory also asks the important question of how we protect our democracies from this sort of activity which skews governmental banking policies, legislation and money markets, to take a few of many examples ? Sadly, I think the horse may already have bolted on that score!

Well, I trust old Rory, so I'll have to have a listen..

Thewolffromthedoor89 · 07/02/2026 17:51

According to Lownie, the Mail on Sunday investigated some of AMW’s business activities in 2019 and approached BP with its results and 24 other questions for the Duke (as AMW was then) and in response, the Palace issued the following statement,

’The Duke was the UK’s Special Representative for International Trade and Investment between 2001 and July 2011 and in that time the aim, and that of his office, was to promote Britain and British Interests Overseas, not the interests of Individuals.’

😆😆😃

What a wonderful way with words the spokespeople at BP have! Note their emphasis on the word “aim”.

Honestly, the dishonesty is laughable!

Quotes from page 342 of Lownie’s Entitled.

I.must listen to the Rory thing but......a thing I still dont quite get though is that the ' kompromat' angle doesn't quite sit with the fixer/ adviser/ broker angle. I can see why powerful and influencial people would find it useful to mix with Epstein for financial tips/ gain/ useful market ideas etc etc. ....but surely those same people would have some sense that E. could also potentially be a dangerous blackmailer , and this would surely put them off. I cant believe he had all those emails, photos, videos etc and never used a single bit of that information to his advantage even once. How do the dots join. I'm not quite sure.

I imagine he kept all these records to keep track of what kind of ‘relationship’ he was having with different people.

The reach he had through each person who came into his orbit was extensive.

People have talked about Richard Branson - Branson has a lot of influence in the financial world and has also courted the A list celebrity crowd via his own island resort.

So he (Epstein) might promise to fill someone’s event with interesting celebrities to boost it - then he gets access to people like Kate Winslet through Branson. Party is a huge success. Person who threw the event is grateful - is happy to do a favour down the line.

So not all connections will have known the full extent of his activities - obviously anyone who went to Epstein Island would have been under no doubt but others will have just seen a power player among other such ‘brokers’.

Yeah. Good points. It's surely a twisty, snaky and slippery thing..

Doesn't seem "too honourable" to me.

I read some speculation about how Epstein became so rich..It was all rather shadowy and didnt quite add up......There seemed no obvious source which would yield SUCH vast wealth..I even wondered whether he was fronting it out rather more than people knew. Perhaps there werent quite the vast riches people assumed. Some.of the sums talked.about with Mandelson and Sarah for example were really quite small. Not at all.the sort of benevolent amounts you'd expect of a supposed billionaire. It might be quite easy to appear wealthier than you actually were once you'd got your foot in the door and were uding ither people's hospitality much if the time. He was a relatively poor kid from Brooklyn apparently.

simpsonthecat · 07/02/2026 18:30

Yes, but he had so many people on his books. He would be shelling out money here and there to keep people in his circle.. like to Mandelson's boyfriend/husband £10,000 so he could do a osteopathy course. Could Mandelson really not afford that?
I think JE was a very clever manipulator of stupid people.

For sure he was a brilliant conman..But the way he admonished Mandelson.for.being all.'.'take take take' and no giving back...as he did in one email...struck.me as the petty response of someone counting every penny and not the attitude of a suave and wealthy man with billions in the bank. It seemed oddly petulant.

Yes, and he moaned about Sarah forever asking for money from him.

Yes, it's not very James Bond is it. More like the behaviour of two penny pinching people who'd noticed a fiver on the ground and were squabbling about which one's pocket it had fallen out of. 😂

I wondered something else about Epstein. What if his only motivation was to rape young girls but he constructed this vast web of people to throw people off the scent. Engineering a ' prostitution' ring for powerful men, with the added advantage of leverage over them.might have been a clever cover up for his true intent, which was to violate women .

We deserve to know how AMW represented our national interests abroad

We have an indication when the Epstein files reveal Whitehall papers received by MW as TE were sent to JE a mere five minutes after receipt.

We need the fuller picture.
