The royal family

The Sandringhan walk is a great deflection tactic though. At least three threads are now talking about the children being hugged by randoms, the nutter talking about Nanny Diana being proud of George and Louis with his Lindt chocolate, and no one is talking about Andrew the sex offender. Great work by the Royal family.

Well, start talking about Andrew again, then.

Do you think the Royal Family is bribing people to meander off on to posting about the Sandringham walk, or do you think there hasn't actually been any news about Andrew since the 'inappropriate persons' e-mail so there hasn't been anything much to say about him?
If only the king had invited Andrew to go to church with the rest of the family that could have kept a lot of people happy for days on here, without any accusations of deflection.

There are times without any new stories about other RF members, but people post about them non stop and their ‘crimes’ pale into insignificance compared to Andrew being part of a huge sex trafficking ring.

Well, start talking about Andrew again, then.

That isn’t my point. The point is that that using the children in this way is a way to try to keep the public sweet ‘oh look cute kids’. Even talking about bad parenting by letting their children hug strangers is better than people talking about Andrew being a sexual predator from their point of view.

There are plenty more revelations about Andrew to come anyway…..that the RF sycophants will largely ignore, some will even minimise, whilst they talk about how awful Meghans jam or Netflix show is in their multiple posts a day despite no new news coming out about Meghan.

OP posts:
ThePoshUns · 29/12/2025 13:59

I have never seen anyone on here minimising Andrew’s behaviour. Th reason threads in him
peter out fairly quickly is because everyone is in agreement as to how awful he is, they pick up again whenever a new story pops up.

I certainly have! No one saying they think he's great or they like him, but saying he wouldn't know how old Epstein's girls were, not his fault if girls throw themselves at him, or he's just like any other divorced bloke putting it about, or he can't help it. And more.

There have always been Andrew apologists although they are a lot more quiet than they were.

Yes there was someone on this thread trying to justify the word ' inappropriate' as maybe he meant because he was married (he wasnt).

Haha, oh yes, I forgot that!

Ridiculous! Especially as he'd been divorced years.

The DM drag up stories from years ago all the time about Meghan. There must be absolute reams of information about Andrew over the years that the press have squirreled away that they dont use. If they do, its all ' Oh havent you hounded him enough/VG was willing/paid/also procured girls for Epstein etc etc etc'. Lots of minimising goes on here and elsewhere because its Andrew, his complicit mother and the forelock tugging establishment surrounding them that have the potential to bring down the Monarchy, not Meghan Markle making crap jam.

Reddog1 · 29/12/2025 14:31

I agree but in fairness, I don’t think any of the regulars on this topic who support the monarchy (I’m not one of them) have ever defended Andrew’s behaviour or pretended not to know what’s inappropriate. It’s different people doing that, with motives that are unclear.

I have! There was one poster on quite a few early Andrew threads repeatedly saying “nothing is proven” until, more Epstein emails emerged and the case against him became much more clear.

However deplorable the sexual allegations, I still think we should be prosecuting AMW for potential fraud and corruption during his time as trade envoy; as there is hard evidence of that, it’s just that we are not currently beïng allowed access to it, when it should be a matter of public record!

Does anyone know what is happening with regard to the latter investigation?

Is everyone content to just let it die a death?

The trade envoy stuff is still sealed for, I think 100 years so must be pretty bad and implicate several government ministers and civil servants as well as TLQ. The investigation into AMW getting his close protecting officer to investigate VG has been closed down as ' nothing to see here'.

simpsonthecat · 29/12/2025 14:38

'Oh havent you hounded him enough/VG was willing/paid/also procured girls for Epstein etc etc etc'.

The absolute ignorance about sex trafficking has been astounding over the years. It makes me feel quite ill.
The worst is... 'she was smiling in the picture'.

Just like the battered wife whose husband knocked seven bells out of her last week but she poses with her mum, dad, husband and kids for a xmas photo. Smiling.

Sex trafficked victims aren't all shackled in chains in a basement.

Absolutely. A couple of royal historians have said in the past that it is Andrew & Sarah that have the potential to bring down the Monarchy with their actions that appear to have no end to them.
Not Harry & Meghan.

Absolutely! The poor Rotherham girls did the same thing. Because they were groomed, plied with gifts, made to feel as if they were in the 'in crowd'. VG was just being groomed with more money and fancy flights rather than drink, drugs and free taxi rides.

simpsonthecat · 29/12/2025 14:45

And a lot of the victims were promised top notch courses paid for, to train as a high flying masseuse, or a top model, I think Victoria's Secret openings were promised. These were vulnerable girls who believed they might have the chance of a better life.

Agree with everything other posters have said about the ignorance about trafficked vulnerable girls where there is such a huge power imbalance; by definition they cannot consent.

And yes some of the Rotherham girls had had so little proper family love in their lives that they interpreted grooming as positive attention. The point is that it was still no less a crime even though some of the girls didn’t recognise it as such.

I found this article about what our MPs have been doing to ask questions about Andrew in Parliament and they have been shut down at the tabling of questions stage. I hope they don’t give up.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/oct/19/mps-urged-to-confront-royal-family-over-prince-andrews-epstein-links

Lownie says he has a file full of proof to send to the National Crime Agency and no one has called him up.

Apparently the Met are supposedly investigating some allegations but as Andrew used one of their officers to try and dig up dirt on VG, they are hardly unbiased, and anyway the Met has very often come to the conclusion of “nothing to see here” when they have investigated previous alleged wrongdoings involving BP or Michael Fawcett, even when it was suggested in several newspapers that there was clear evidence.

Who knows what was going on but I have no faith in the Met whatsoever, especially in relation to its investigation of sex crimes.

In summary, the whole thing stinks.

Well... Andrew is unique. Not like any of the other sleazes. He had a position to uphold - representing the UK Monarchy abroad. And he was a convenient target. And too stupid to imagine any implications of what he was doing. He felt untouchable.

I think this is one of the fundamental problems with an unelected HofS and a hereditary monarchy. They are in the position for life and know it is hard for them to be ousted and so they grow up with this huge sense of entitlement; to the point where they believe themselves to be above the law, and of course in many instances, they are!

The whole thing is so idiotic in this day and age. Certain families in certain countries throughout the world chosen by God to be royal.
What’s even more bizarre is the public still go along with it. Clapping as they walk along a path. Believing they are some sort of higher beings. Bowing to them.. It’s laughable.

I totally agree.
As a complete non believer I find it astonishing that much of the British public suck this up.
In my opinion they consider themselves untouchable, they have a government that falls in behind them and basically they can do whatever they like, including hiding their financial assets and having the Met police cover up what Andrew has been up to.
The whole shebang stinks.
I was a ‘fan’ of the royals but no longer.

‘Inappropriate friends’. What a sicko. 🤢

I haven’t read the thread but what else could it possibly mean in light of everything?

Someone tried to say that he could have said inappropriate because he was married, except he was divorced at the time he sent the email. We all know what he meant but Andrew apologists are still trying their best.
