I think they’re getting everything in order for William taking over. It seems odd it’s took him 5 years to do this otherwise.
and, I don’t think it’ll be long before Harry is also struck off the list!
Tying up the loose ends!

RainbowBagels · 18/10/2025 08:16

You can even see the pompousness dripping from his statement, he’s never once put his country first, never once, he has always put himself first.

Yes that part of his statement was laughable! When has he put his country first? I doubt even during his apparent hero time in the Falklands he gave a stuff about anyone but making himself look good and possibly defending Mummy's realm.

What would be great is if American people took note of what is happening here with Andrew and Sarah and demand the Epstein files are released in USA.
Maybe this could impact on Trump?

Ha, no chance

Except he has not been arrested charged convicted none of it he has been tried by the press settled out of civil court (which is common for a lot of things) everyone took that as proof of his guilt it's not necessarily true his family could have told him to settle it and shut her up to spare the embarrassment of a trial which was clearly a grave misstep he obviously met her he probably genuinely didnt remember her but he shouldn't have kept denying it after the photo came out

He was badly advised might be guilty we will never know

We agree that if things worked equally for the wealthy and poor then Andy & Donald would be in a dock. Regrettably, however, that doesn't happen, and we have to be happy with the crumbs of justice that we are given.

Harry and Meghan have only been on the scene as a couple for around 5 years and have caused mayhem for the RF, it will be interesting to see what comes out about these two when they have been around for as long as Andrew and Sarah. Andrew Lownie is already on the case of investigating shady Soho House and it’s royal connections, lets give it a few more years before we compare the two couples.

And I doubt very much whether the financial arrangements are 100% squeaky clean that move through the Delaware-registered ‘Archewell Foundation’. There’s also the matter of H’s charity involvements, a number of which are allegedly floating around tits-up territory.

Then there’s the Sussex friendship with the Yorks (all of them, not just Beatrice (37) and Eugenie (35)), and possibly some mutual tutelage around grifting and their beloved ‘birth right’ entitlement. I wonder how far back the friendships really go?

And as you say, Soho House - I’m curious about its funding and its client list, the role of Markus Anderson, and the role of M and latterly H.

Rich pickings for Lownie or a similar author.

5 years?? What did the former Prince of Wales fail to do 5 years ago?

Two presidents Clinton and Trump are also associated with Epstein, Andrew will never see inside a prison cell, while there are others with equally as much to lose.

I actually think andrew is just incredibly entitled, and feels he can do as he pleases, when he pleases, due to the fact he is son of a monarch. And Sarah goes along with it and supports him.

my husband worked with him in the navy and his behaviour there was the same, deeply entitled, very self focused, and beleived everyone else was beneath him and should recognise that, commoners.

i really don’t see any other member of his family behaving like that, not publicly. But that’s how he is. He beleives he is superior and has the god given right to do as he pleases.

i recall reading that going home one night he found the gates locked, and instead of driving the few mins round to the other gates, he smashed through them in his 4x4, causing huge damage, it hit the press at the time.

and I think that just says a huge amount about who this man is. I mean who does that.

so I think the root cause is the man is overwhelmingly entitled and has a huge sense of superiority over everyone else, leading him to beleive he was untouchable and had the right to do anything he wishes, and no one or thing can stand in his way,

for sure he and Sarah have brought shame on the monarchy and their own daughters, but I very much doubt he cares, all he will care about is the impact on him. You can even see the pompousness dripping from his statement, he’s never once put his country first, never once, he has always put himself first. But due to his overwhelming sense of entitlement and superiority he just thinks that the things he did was his right,

I think his character flaws have been magnified by his upbringing and the institution.

If I were Prince William I would be less concerned about Andrew and Harry, and more worried about the need to prevent my own children from being eaten by the toxicity of the world they live in.

Fascinating interview with Andrew Lownie on BBC this morning

He says there is far far more to come out. From the Epstein files, from Virginia Guiffre's book, from another book by a survivor of Epstein, and the fact Epstein survivors are going to Capitol Hill again.
They are not giving up. Strong women
Lownie also hinted at illegal financial activities by the Yorks

Something tells me that this action of retiring titles is because of what is going to be coming up

Mimph · 18/10/2025 08:49

None of us know (an assumption as some on here might know PA well) , the comments about his personality are irrelevant, there are plenty of people in public life who may be entitled ir not that polite. The fact remains he is innocent, has not been charged with anything

jumpingthehighjump · 18/10/2025 08:51

Yes totally innocent. People give £10million+ to someone they say they've never met, all the time

I reckon he’s been paid off.

Just my opinion but i think the King is far more unwell than we have been led to believe and Andrew jumped before he was pushed by the future King William.

The comments about his personality are relevant to his current predicament (social outcast, titles removed).

Intense dislike and contempt.

He has unsuccessful been attempting to winkle Andy out of his house at Windsor. And a speed bump has been put in front of it as he likes to roar out of the drive.

That bit about the speed bump is brilliant! But KC can’t have engineered that, surely?

The timing of this at the same time as all newspapers are publishing extracts from VG’s book, too much of a coincidence. I think Charles gave him the option of jumping, before he was pushed. He jumped.

And maybe there's even more to come out about something

The strength of the Epstein survivors is mind-blowing

He’d have to stand trial first and with Trump so heavily implicated that’s never going to happen.

More’s the pity. Clearly something rotten in the state of Denmark (and the US, and the UK).

I mean, having sex with other people while married is more ir less an upper class pastime anyway so Im not bothered, but Henry vi was catatonic for years and probably not of sound mind, and Edward the Confessor was probably celibate!

For me, the extra marital sex wasn’t the issue. It was the way he treated Diana. I remember their engagement interview - Diana was clearly besotted with him and he came across as indifferent. A reporter asked if they were in love and when she answered ‘of course’ he followed it up with ‘whatever being in love means’.

Diana was treated like a brood mare and left to her own devices after she had given him his heirs, while he never stopped seeing Camilla. Had she lived, Diana would have had the humiliation of watching Charles make Camilla queen. I don’t know what’s worse, that all of it was swept under the carpet in a concerted effort to change public opinion regarding Camilla, or the fact that the public fell for it and promptly forgot that she was a willing participant in the misery Diana suffered.

AmethystAnnotation · 18/10/2025 09:27

I wonder if he makes his staff call him HRH - like the Duke of Windsor made his call Wallis HRH?

I'd put folding money on his doing so.
