Meghan has just popped a video clip of herself in the back of a limo with her feet up travelling through the streets of Paris. Is this rather insensitive given the way her MIL died or is it perfectly normal to post such stuff?

I’m envious of H’s pumpkin. My inability to carve pumpkins is yet another example of my failings as a a parent! I wonder if M should really stop making videos involving her children because they are so bad they just invite speculation about their family life. What struck me is no one in that video is smiling or interacting with each other. It’s perfectly possible to get a nice smiley shot of a grown up smiling at a child, whilst hiding the child’s face. Plus the location looks grim. If this is M’s attempt to make it look like they are living their best family life away from the horrible UK, it’s a big failure.

Indianrollerbird · 28/10/2025 08:47

Andrew Lownie refers to Markus as Meghan’s Svengali. That “Wild About The Boy” Variety article had the author describing how weird it felt when Markus turned up as he was interviewing Meghan.

It’s all in the tools, JS!

Also, keep the seeds and roast them up
in olive oil and salt. Lovely and crunchy and good for bladder health.

I’ve always been surprised they are both redheads tbh.

With the gene on both Markle and Spencer sides there was always a possibility. Speaking as a true redhead I wouldn’t really call them redheads. They have traces of red which the California light exaggerates. In the UK (if they ever come) it’ll be barely noticeable.

His A level art teacher was not available, I understand.

I know but both of them having red hair strikes me as unusual

Funnily enough my first thought when I saw that was that he looks like Prince Andrew in face shape. I'm not suggesting Andrew is the father but I'm commenting on family resemblance.

PigglyWigglyOhYeah · 28/10/2025 15:04

I wish someone would brush that child’s hair or put it in a pony tail. Considering the time and money her mother spends looking ‘marvellous’ (but missing the mark, regularly), you’d think she’d want her children to look presentable and not like they were raised by wolves.

Mylovelygreendress · 28/10/2025 15:06

I don’t understand why Meghan was wearing a padded jacket and boots and the DC were in summer clothes ( although Lili might have been in jammies).

Mymanyellow · 28/10/2025 15:28

Meghan has clearly decided on ‘ pumpkin patch costume’ so that’s what she’s wearing.
So fake.

ozarina · 28/10/2025 15:44

29 degrees she must have been sweltering

Gowlett · 28/10/2025 16:15

There’s a new reel for the As Ever holiday collection.

It’s all just so meh?

She’s like that girl you were friends with at school, but were never really sure why…

MrsLeonFarrell · 28/10/2025 16:19

I had a look at the holiday collection. Same packaging, now including candles and spices for cider. It's so beige, not at all Christmassy.

I’ve never known any mother, who takes an active interest in fashion and ‘presentation’ (she even plates up takeaway ‘nicely’) to not care how their daughter presents.

I get not wanting to dress her like a doll and kids don’t always like getting their hair done. But it’s not about fashion- it’s about personal care and health (learning to dress appropriately for the weather)

I honestly cannot think of anyone who likes to care of themselves …to completely ignore their kids hair/outfits etc. It’s usually an over investment if anything. I’ve seen lots of the opposite too. In lots of working class areas in Scotland, mothers will go without, to pay a fortune in independent kids fashion stores to dress their kids in nice outfits. Sometimes getting themselves into debt.

But she struts around in Balenciaga, with her PA touching up her hair bun at the book event the other night- but her daughter has rat tails and tangles? I honestly don’t understand the dynamic of that relationship that would result in such a split.

Archie just so happens to be properly attired to this event as it’s now autumn, but he's also, come rain or shine, summer of winter…is the same outfit. At least his hair is also kept tidy. I’m guessing Harry has his barber do his hair too.

AtIusvue · 28/10/2025 16:45

God, that blurb that comes with the wedding day candle…I’m getting JLo love letter to Ben movie vibes. Disaster waiting to happen.

Which 'wedding day'? The 'spectacle' for the plebs or the real deal in the backyard of Kensington Palace 3 days previously?

Her sparkling wine is over £60. She lives on another planet.

Her daughter looks neglected and a bit feral. Poor kid.

I know!

And when I first saw the price for the candles I assumed it was for a set, but it's for a single one! Who's going to shell out that sort of money for a candle paying homage to Meghan? When you have no idea if you'll like the scent or not? Maybe the hardcore fan girls will, but that won't be enough for a sustainable income stream.

It worked for Gwyneth and she’s thought of as being pretty awful by many people. I guess there are people who are happy to buy overpriced things
