Meghan has just popped a video clip of herself in the back of a limo with her feet up travelling through the streets of Paris. Is this rather insensitive given the way her MIL died or is it perfectly normal to post such stuff?

I don’t expect she enjoyed reading about how he had to rehydrate her either 😬

Seahant · 16/10/2025 23:09

Also, I am currently watching a great documentary on Scientology (Sky) which made me think of Tony Robbins, the famous American sales and marketing guru. They both have the up-selling and high energy promotional strategies in pursuit of their goals. At the same time it reminded me somewhat of Meghan Markle in terms of that massive sense of self-belief and the endless business interviews. That if you want to succeed, you will and that’s the end of the matter. Failure is not an option (and I think MM has in fact said those very words), which also explains some of the robotic, manic, headbanging nature of her appearances, even with the ‘woke’ veneer to soften it. In parts (and I stress only parts) of American culture, it’s probably a relatively normal outlook and behaviour …

AtIusvue · 17/10/2025 09:44

Agree.

She is also resolute in not accepting anything she believes to be negativity in her sphere. Which is Scientology like isn’t it?
She was asked at the Fortune event about how she can separate constructive criticism from all the general criticism- she never answered the question. How could she?, she would have to acknowledge people had a valid point which she simply won’t do. So she waffles on about SM and didn’t give any sort of answer other than one that she thinks makes her look good.

She never answers questions, just like a customer service bot , she continues replying with the script in her head .
the malfunctions she occasionally shows are usually because she’s been asked something that doesn’t fit with her script.
similar happens on here occasionally!

^yes, in Scientology they are called SPs. (“Suppressive Persons”). So, for example, Nicole Kidman was identified as an SP when she was married to Tom Cruise. As is anyone who gets off of the big ship lollipop.

Cruise comes across as a narcissistic nut job, also seduced by the maniac leader Miscaviage, but there were also many very high echelon Scientology men who drank the Kool-Aid but then woke up late in middle age to the insanity and abuse. It was touching as well as sobering to see these sensitive, intelligent man reveal the absolute crapshoot of almost the whole of their adult lives and beliefs when they were part of it.

She is extremely robotic. There's no stopping her when the go button is pressed. Occasional malfunction when there is a blank look.

Pumpkin carving today, with Doria. Plus lots of advertising her seasonal With Love Meghan.

weegielass · 26/10/2025 21:08

Lilibet looks like she still wears nappies. She needs a haircut. She's also way too tall for a 4 year old, unless its the camera angle.

Mylovelygreendress · 26/10/2025 21:09

I think Archie ‘s hair is a lovely colour .

I never think Lilibet looks like her hair has been brushed.

Thedom · 26/10/2025 21:50

it looks like their kids don’t interact with each other, my kids would have been running up and down that pumpkin patch together, squealing and showing each other what they had found, in so many of the videos she posts of them, the kids appear to be so distant, like they have no connection with each other. It’s strange she chooses those moments to post.

Is Markus the new home help, manny, bag carrier ? He is everywhere with them.

MrsFinkelstein · 26/10/2025 22:14

I'm assuming the images chosen are the best ones - which is telling.

The image of her and Harry holding hands says a lot. They really couldn't be standing further apart.

Phase42 · 26/10/2025 23:06

I thought there was something a bit strange about this video - a disconnection perhaps between them? The backs of the heads is really wearing thin too... You could easily just show the pumpkins and maybe the resulting carved pumpkins - leave the kids out completely.

It is - that lovely dark auburn.

Slightly confusing video - if the weather is cool enough for jackets and boots is it not a bit too cool for bare feet on stone?

Yeah, just don't show the kids at all. It's the worst kind of attention seeking.

Thedom · 27/10/2025 00:00

Yeah,it’s such a strange video, the dissonance is stark, like they are all strangers. If you ever wanted to portray a fractured family unit, I think that video is it.

Kids are being rolled out again in conjunction with her upcoming product reveal.

That was my thought too! How bizarre!

ozarina · 27/10/2025 01:17

I meant the wearing of nappies.

Winnertrinner · 27/10/2025 01:25

Any chance this was filmed 18 months ago when WLM filmed the ‘seasonal’ ‘holiday’ edition?

ozarina · 27/10/2025 01:27

Harry definitely doesn't look happy in this!

JSMill · 27/10/2025 06:47

I see M is wearing her quilted jacket and wellies? What’s the temperature in southern California these days?
I agree the handholding looks very awkward.

ThePoshUns · 27/10/2025 07:08

The whole thing is awkward, no interaction between anyone.

MrsLeonFarrell · 27/10/2025 07:23

I think that the children are filmed separately because it's easier to avoid showing their faces that way. If they were interacting their faces would be more visible as at least one children would have their head turned towards the camera. Maybe the whole thing looks awkward because it's filmed in a way that doesn't show anyone's face?

Is underfloor heating a thing in California? That house must be an absolute fortune to heat/keep cool.

That's the most likely scenario thinking about it. And it's very possible it wasn't filmed recently, but last year when WLM was all filmed.

I just find it incredibly hypocritical to feature the children at all, but it's all part of the homemaker/WLM/As ever brand isn't it.
