It’s seems obvious that Harry is desperate to be brought out from the cold, even a little.

BUT we all know how paranoid he is anyway….I can imagine he will be going to extreme lengths to try and prove to his father he can be trusted again. Which probably means, he's going to be more closed off with those around him in Montecito….maybe even with Meg, to make sure no info leaks.

The fact he is so desperate, shows what a crock of shite all the allegations were against the RF- leaking info on him, using the press against him, excluding his wife, making his wife suicidal, racism towards his unborn child etc. If this was true, no one would want to go back to a family like that. No one.

I would think it’s difficult for Meg right now too. At this moment she has everything she wanted and doesn’t have to deal with the RF. She lives in blissful As ever Californian ignorance….Harry is in danger of upending her world if he grows closer with the RF again and perhaps even putting constraints on her business (eg, scheduling her launches around the RF schedule). Can’t imagine she would be too happy with that!

Exactly. I do hope, if that is really what was discussed, the King's representative was extremely clear that the Head of State and Senior Working Royals would do exactly what they wanted when they wanted with no reference at all to jam launches, polo matches or Harry's latest whinge.

The fact he still can't grasp that he is now a minor royal on a par with Beatrice or Eugenie is staggering. The palace has no need whatsoever to take into account his vanity projects when organising events or coordinate communications.

Surely someone in the media need to call out some of this crap. Why would the head of state need to inform the Sussexes of his calendar. Imagine the conversation, no we can't hold a state banquet on that date as Meghan has a drop ship or Harry has a paid public speaking job. It's gets more bonkers with every disclosure.

Not even that level. They do show up at garden parties, Catherine's Carol Service etc. Meghan reportedly walked out of a garden party because she was bored.

My immediate reaction on reading the supposed agenda was 'who the hell do they think they are?' The K&Q and the P&PofW do not need to consult Monteshitshow about their plans. Though I agree with pp, it would be interesting if they planted false information, just to see where it showed up.

Seemingly the meeting was arranged two weeks ago, which is exactly when James was liking palace staff on LinkedIn. So I’m guessing theres been some thawing for weeks now?

James returning the the UK though seems odd, when his principals are in the US. I think there maybe some major changes ahead because of the NF deal ending in Sept.

Im pretty sure I read there was a deal that NF covered Archewell office costs. That’s going to end. So maybe James has returned home because theres no longer a full time position, he may still work for the pair in some capacity though.

Personally everything appears to be about security, he has imploded since the court case. Harry attempting some role to ease the expenses. It may be as simple as they are not cash rich, it takes time for a new business to run a profit. But none of this makes total sense and I'm struggling to see any benefit to the royal family accept Catherine and William whose calendars do tend to draw attention as shown by this leak. It's all bonkers and I've little sympathy for Charles, this isn't fool me once it's fool me over and over again.
